Lots to do, especially for kids. The restaurant had some of the best food we had the entire time in Albania.

The hotel is fairly isolated, taxi's are available if you wish to venture out, but because we had children, we chose to eat in the restaurant multiple times for dinner - the menu looks very nice, but throughout our stay, some of the dishes were not available for the whole week - If you aren't providing the full menu, maybe think about taking those items off the menu

The staff throughout the resort are truly fantastic, all of them so friendly, I went to reception numerous times to gather information or to request this or that, and each time the girls were so so helpful. The guys waiting on and behind the bar were always so attentive, the staff in the restaurant for breakfasts and evening meals were always on hand when we needed them.

The air conditioning in the room was probably too small for the room so it didn’t cool down until a few hours after getting back to the room. The location is quite secluded so it is difficult to get to a supermarket without a car. The location is also a plus because it feels private and the atmosphere is calm in the pool area

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The pool area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The staff were friendly and the restaurant is great. Everything felt clean. It’s a perfect place for soaking up the sun with access to an amazing pool

Breakfast was great but could use a little variation. Really far away from everything. The waterpark was open for 30 minutes then closed for 30 minutes which were a little bit wierd.

All the staff were very nice & helpful. The suite was lovely, & the bed was extremely comfortable. The whole hotel was very clean throughout. The swimming pools were exceptionally clean and maintained all day by the staff. The restaurant was great & the food was to a high standard. The breakfast had a really good variety.

We arrived late in the evening, but that wasn’t a problem for the hotel. We were warmly welcomed, given information about the hotel, and escorted to our room! The room was very clean, beautiful, and conveniently located (we used the elevator to the second floor all the time). Room cleaning was every other day, and each time we came back, it felt like we were stepping into a brand new room! We had delicious breakfasts! There was always a variety of food, and there was plenty of it. Most importantly, the food was fresh and of very high quality! Every day, there was one waiter at breakfast, a very pleasant young man, who always made sure everything was perfect for us. The hotel's cuisine is excellent overall. We had dinner at the restaurant several times and ate pizza almost every day! The food here deserves a 10+! The staff at this hotel is the best!!! I've never encountered such a great team where everyone is friendly, and their main goal is to make guests feel as comfortable as possible! Special thanks to Kleon!!! He’s an amazing guy who did everything to ensure we had a fantastic stay! Any request or question we had was handled by Kleon 100%! We didn’t want to leave, and we will definitely come back!!! Albania is a wonderful country that is rapidly developing, and it's being shaped by amazing people like those we met at Nuevo Deluxe. Because of these people, we will definitely return to Albania and highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Nuevo Deluxe, and especially Kleon — you are the best! See you again soon!

I booked this hotel because of the cool water slides but because it was shoulder season and there weren't many guests, they weren't running. Our kids were very disappointed.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, beautiful rooms and great pizza. We especially appreciated our rooms for us and our two kids were adjoining so it felt spacious.

The staff needs to improve their English a bit

Nice, luxury hotel - great rooms, comfy beds, tasty food, cool pool & sladges! But of course the price is higher. It’s far from the sea, but beaches in this area are anyway super crowded, so we stayed by the pool only and had a good time there (2 days)
