The only downsides were the many stairs with no elevator and the tricky parking. The sink also had low water pressure, which was a bit inconvenient.

I really enjoyed the convenient location and how close it was to everything. The host was wonderful and thoughtful, even leaving us fresh towels without asking.

The hotel is beautiful, the balcony and window had a wonderful view, the room and bathroom are clean and luxurious. Ervis helped me book all the tickets needed to get to Valbone for the Valbone Theth hike and let me keep my luggage there till I returned. It's very close to the bus station (2 minutes) and to the downtown as well

The guy who owns the hotel is so kind and the rooms were very nice and spacious. Everything was clean and it’s central to downtown Shkoder.

There is no elevator although we understand they plan to install one. It’s not suitable if you have mobility issues. The shower floods the whole bathroom when using the overhead shower head. The toilet seat and lid are too small for the pan.

Lack of lift, a lot of stairs to carry bags up. Pillows were too thick and firm. Parking was challenging although the owner parked his car in front of the hotel and moved it for us to take his space when we arrived.

Owner was extremely friendly and helpful in spite of limited English. He stored our luggage while we went to the mountains and helped us find parking. Room was modern and clean.

Room was really comfortable, clean and modern. It was really hot in Shkoder and the air con was great. Location is really good, few mins walk from the main pickups/dropoff for Tirana and the Alps in the centre of town with lots of restaurants and bars around. The host was really friendly, welcoming and responsive and they kindly kept our luggage free of charge while we were in the alps doing the Valbone to Theth trek. Definitely recommend.

Didn't realise it isn't really a hotel. It's on the 3rd or 4th floor with no lift for anyone who has difficulty with stairs.

The hosts were very friendly and amazingly helpful. They provided information about public transport and organised the driver to drop us at the front door. The hotel is new and very clean. The bed is unbelievably comfortable had the best sleep! The design of the interior is great and very spacious rooms! I would highly recommend.

There is no elevator, this was the only downside.

It looked like the hotel just recently opened. The room was big, clean and modern. Also relatively cheap. The guy at the reception also helped with parking on the busy street. We had a nice stay (only one day). The airco worked really well which was nice since it was 30+ degrees :).

There are more luxurious hotels in Shkodra, but we prefer new buildings that are not high-rise due to earthquake risks. This hotel is also a new and clean hotel. However, the rooms are on the third floor, the stairs are quite steep, and there is no elevator. Mr. Elvis states that he is slowly completing the shortcomings. He immediately made the necessary calls to find my phone, which I had forgotten in a restaurant in another city, and ensured that my phone was taken from where I left it and stored.
