The garden, the garden, the garden! That's what our family liked most. You can enjoy the garden all day long, due to the presence of large trees creating a perfect summer breeze. The hotel is located in a super quiet zone, which is a great feature if you visit for leisure, work or combined. The host and his family are genuinely friendly, polite and very welcoming. They are doing a great work with the hotel.

The area is not the best in Velipoje, the beach is not far away but notna very nice beach. However, just 5 min drive you have some amazing beaches so its worth it.

The hotel was very modern, clean and super comfortable. Everything is newly furbished, with very spacious rooms with modern design. The breakfast has just the right amount of variety and its very delicious and fresh. The hotel overall was super clean, and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The place has a very nice yard and green spaces, with a very quaint breakfast space. The free parking is a great addition.

There was some bad smell in the bathroom, probably coming from the outside. But the bathroom itself was very clean and very good looking :)

The property is very modern looking, it has a beautiful garden and great, clean rooms. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff was very friendly! I would definitely recommend this place for longer stays, it's quieter than in the Velipoje center, and the beach is less crowded :). There are markets in a 5 min walk and restaurants (but you probably will have to pay by cash). We arrived by taxi from Tirana airport which was a very good prize. We had a wonderful time and will probably come back next year. There is no better place to stay in this area :).

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable – exactly what we were hoping for. The hotel is new and gives off a fresh, welcoming vibe. The receptionist was not at the reception desk when we arrived. The water drainage in the shower was not good enough.
