Nothing literally, everyone went above and beyond.

After a long trip, the warm welcome and the beautiful reception left me at a loss for words, everything was explained with details wich made it easier to find everything in the Hotel, the bed of the room was soft and comfortable, and it came with a stunning view of the sea, the pool area was the location i spent most of my time in, the sunsets there are breathtaking, The staff responds really quickly to requests and are coordinated with each other. The restaurant menu has plenty of options from both the french and italian cuisine, but unfortunately i didnt have enough time to taste them all. Its a perfect getaway place from the busy and loud cities, for you to recover. I highly recommend it!

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! Nestled on a hill overlooking the beach, it offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling town center while still being conveniently close to everything. The breathtaking views are a highlight, whether you admire them from the infinity pool, the rooftop restaurant, or even from the comfort of your room. The room was immaculate and modern, featuring ample natural light and a luxurious bathroom. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making the stay truly memorable. The strong Wi-Fi allowed us to work from the pool or rooftop, adding to the overall enjoyment. Honestly, we found ourselves reluctant to leave the hotel. It’s an absolute 10/10 stay!

The only thing I have a suggestion for is the quality of the food in the pool area. Personally, I did not like it. The restaurant was a bit different, but I had higher expectations

Hotel is so modern and very clean, it’s in a great location, view from the hotel is absolutely beautiful Restaurant and drinks are amazing All the Staff were so great and very helpful, room was cleaned every day, sheets and towels were also changed every day! Girl at the pool bar makes amazing cocktails (best ws I’ve had😊) I will definitely stay there next time I’m in Vlora Well done owner of the place 🙌

Nothing at all, it met and even exceeded our expectations.

The pool was lovely and the sunset views were stunning. The staff were incredibly helpful, they helped us with a birthday surprise for our friend and were available 24/7, even booking us transport outside the city. They were also really helpful in explaining what we could and couldn’t eat according to our halal diet, which we really appreciated. The steak served at the restaurant was delicious, and the toiletries in the bathrooms smelled amazing! We also loved that you don’t really need to leave the hotel, it has everything you need: pool, spa, privacy, and a peaceful atmosphere without the crowds.

It’s a bit far from the town but taxis are available frequently and perfect if you have a car.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Beautiful views over vlore. The hotel was full but we didn’t ever struggle to get a sun bed by the pool.

The mini bar in the room came at extra charges. We were really excited about the minibar till we realised it was not complimentary.

The staff: the staff were phenomenal, kind, helpful made us feel at home from the moment we checked in. They went above and beyond to make our trip and stay extra special. They were so kind to help decorate our room for my birthday celebration. The facilities: The price is well justified, everything about the hotel is pure luxury. Amazing property. Its a perfect place to relax and unwind. The location: the sea view is absolutely phenomenal. Overlooking the infinity pool and seeing the ocean and the island is a view i will miss for sure. I will definitely be back soon :) The food: Exceptional continental breakfast served every morning by polite and helpful staff

The stairs that led to the rooftop needed some repairs. Which is a pity because the view from there is amazing. No duvet covers were provided for our room. We had to request it but this was fixed

We loved mostly everything. The views are amazing. The view especially from the restaurant was golden. Plus our room had pool and sea side view so we were hit from all angles. Service was superb from reception to restaurant, pool staff, etc. We also really enjoyed the meals at the restaurant. I would stay here again if I came back for sure.
