Nice and fresh hotel to a decent standard, well located, good pool and a tasty breakfast

Staff, location, food are very good.

Breakfast wasn't good enough. Need a little bit more variety. Sometimes you can see a few things are missing. They fill it up but not on time.

We loved the pool, the room was lovely decorated for us, the staff were nice and the breakfast buffet was well-balanced.

We had a room with an exit to the pool. However, people were sitting on our table and chairs outside our room… which are suposed to be just for us (same as the ones people have on the balconies).

Excellent location with good breakfast. Modern equipment. Well cleaned rooms.

The property was very very nice, perfect cleaning everyday, the breakfast is good. The pool always clean. The hotel has a show right downstairs and it can be paid with card. Everything amazing.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were superb and couldn't do enough for you. Beautifully clean and tidy. Tasty breakfast and brilliant swimming pool. Would thoroughly recommend and stay again.

Spacious, clean room. Excellent air-conditioning. Good location, in a quieter area but close to all restaurants and beaches. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was varied and tasty. We would happily return.

A few things would make the room a little more comfortable... 4 people, only 1 small hanging rail for clothes, we had to leave our clothes mostly in the suitcase....a set of drawers or shelves would have helped. A space to dry towels/swimwear on the balcony would have been helpful..eg a fold away clothes rack or retractable line.

The hotel is exceptional. Lovely modern rooms with vey comfortable beds and great amenities. The staff were fantastic and the pool was great. The cleanliness was the best I’ve ever seen. Every area was cleaned to a high standard. A short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants.

The structure is very new and recently made

The staff was always rude and non-existent. The reception was always empty and without anyone to answer information if needed. We asked the owner if we could get some info about the bus to Saranda and he refused to do a simple search online claiming "It's a private company". During the breakfast (included in our booking) I asked a coffee. The owner told me: "For the coffee you have to pay, the bar is not included in the breakfast." It's surreal considering I was just asking for a coffee, I paid for the included breakfast and 70% of the customers are italian. The soap in the toilet was totally empty, and it was never refilled.

It’s a tricky one and I don’t want to be unfair, it’s a lovely place however it’s misleading classing themselves as a 4-star hotel as it’s not a hotel. I’d score it 10 out of 10 as a fantastic premium/boutique Bed and Breakfast with a pool. There are several conveniences you would expect in a hotel that are inexistent here, and it’s ok if the expectations are clear.

I don’t recommend pool rooms because there are no windows (only entrance to the pool area) so it’s hot at night. Some accessories could be improved - lack of bin in the room (only in the bathroom), no toiletries, no place for teeth brush etc. Pool is quite small.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was very clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. My baby has many allergies, and I was pleasantly surprised when they prepared a special meal just for them at breakfast. The breakfast itself was delicious with a wide variety of options. Highly recommend!

The hotel looks amazing, clean, safe. The staff always nice and willing to help. We stayed 5 nights and they cleaned and change towels everyday. Breakfast was great. Nice swimming pool but we couldn't use it as the weather didn't help, too cold. (Mid April) I will definitely come back to the same hotel next time in Ksamil. 💯

Breakfast is cold if you are there after 9:30am Nothing bad, just wake up a little bit early.
