The rooms are a bit outdated.

Nice location, close to many beaches and restaurants. It has a small pool for the kids to play and for the adults to spend a few hour.

We stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast was exactly the same every day, with a very limited selection. These were the worst breakfasts we have experienced while staying at a resort hotel. The prices at the bar were unreasonably high, so we chose to go to restaurants outside the hotel. We also had dinner elsewhere, as the tables in the hotel were not nicely set and did not create an atmosphere or desire to dine there.

It was clean. Our room was in the 5th floor, quite spacious and with the best sea view.

The hotel beach is really small and the water accumulated there was a bit dirty. The interior of the hotel is oldish. Balcony with mountain view showed us the parking lot. If you want a room with sea view you need to pay extra 15€ per person. In my opinion the price for this hotel (especially in Albania) is definitely overpriced.

We did not like much the breakfast. I’m assuming this happened as we booked in May and they did not have many visitors that day.

The TV in our room was broken our entire stay and stayed on so there was constant light from it that kept us awake. A technician was supposed to come but never did. Also, the toilet ran all the time and was noisy.

Great view, comfortable bed, dying rack for clothes was very convenient.

At the hotel they wanted 70€, got it for way less through booking. For 70€ definitely the overall review would have been worse !!!! Because: old old furniture everywhere, handrail sticky, one elevator for everyone so had to take stairs most of the time, breakfast worst one in Albania so far. ‚Mountain view‘ right above the parking w all the smell of it.

The fridge performed poorly; the beach strip is very thin, sometimes during high tides it was impossible to go to the beach; the staff at the reception were not the best in the world.

The hotel allowed us to use the pool free of charge on the check-out day.

The private beach was almost nonexistent. It was VERY narrow and when the tide is high is covered by water. So if you want to go to the beach you have to walk to city center or by car to other beaches .

The room had a sea view with amazing sunset. It was very nice. The staff was very helpful all the time. They let us stay in the pool after check-out. It has a nice and big swimming pool. The hotel has its own private parking.

When we arrived at the premises, we were told they had only a room for the first night out of three. However, we got the confirmation via booking for three nights without my efforts to help us find alternative accommodation. I kindly asked them to inform Booking and to call the help center. Still, I used my phone on roaming, calling third countries (Croatia and UK) to inform Booking of this situation, spending my personal phone money (over 10 minutes on Roaming). The following day, they informed me that we could continue our stay as planned.

The elevator could bring you only up to the fourth floor, if your room is on the fifth floor you will need to go up the stairs 1 floor.

The staff was nice and well mannered. Location and view from the balcony is great. The room was fairly big compared to other places in the area.

When we go there in our room was not any towel, and the staff bring to us afer some hours. But the staff was very friendly and respectable.

I highly recommend New York hotel in Vlora if you want some days off, it is located in a strategic place when you can see all the sea, and also is in a quiet place if you are travel with your family this is perfect place. We stay there for 3 days, in our fees was included access in the pool, in the beach which was located behind the hotel, also free parking and breakfast. Also the view from the rooms maybe is key part of hotel and I think its value for it price which in fact is cheaper then other hotels in that area. 🙂

i took a room with the sea view but at the balcony wasnt working the sun protecting courtain , so i was looking for courtain and not a sea view, that way i didnt get that for what i payd, also i informe about that that i want to lift up the courtain to reception, but jo resault.

The beds were uncomfortable, the room was too noisy (balcony glass was not double so you hear the noisy cars all night long) and the food options at the restaurant weren’t that good. There was no lunch at the pool (only chips which you’ll need to ask an English-speaking staff member about because the bartender didn’t understand English), and the “private beach” was filled was rocks instead of sand (you need beach shoes).

It was serene and isolated. I liked the pool and the view of the ocean from my room. One of the receptionists was kind and lovely.
