The owner Elizabeth was amazing, she was incredible helpful no matter what we needed. She organised a Boat tour for us, offered us assistance booking any activities we wanted (Paddle Boards, Jet Ski, Boat Hire) and she also arranged a very reasonably priced taxi to Tirana Airport. The hotel itself is simple and clean, but there is lots of stairs with no elevator. Located roughly 10mins away is Elizabeth’s beach front restaurant where breakfast was included daily with an assortment of continental options and freshly made eggs and Albanian pancakes which were to die for. Everyday we had day beds reserved for us on the water front and the lovey waiter Mark to bring us any drinks we desired. We had a wonderful time here

We booked it based on all the positive reviews and have to say it was a lovely place to stay for our five day break in Ksamil. Our room was spacious and extremely clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. There is a short walk to the beach and restaurant which is all very organised. Even when we arrived at 3 pm, our sun lounges were waiting for us. All the staff at the restaurant were really friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this property as I thought it was great value for money.

Our room was right on the main road so slightly noisy if you want to leave the balcony doors open at night.

Elisabeth was a great host and made sure we were well looked after. She had reserved sunbeds for us right on the beach and even provided beach towels for us to use. The hotel rooms were spotless and had good AC. Breakfast was excellent and provided a wide range of food for everyone. The beach is one of the nicest spots in Ksamil and the water is super clear.

The room is clean and good value for money. The owner is really helpful and super nice.

Maybe the entrance should have more cleared sign.

Please make sure you are aware that the hotel is far away from the so called private beach. It is not private, everybody has access to it and you need to walk a bit to get there. Breakfast isnt amazing and you also need to walk for it. Overall would recommend you to stay some place else, it isn’t a great value for your money.

Absolutely loved our stay ! Super clean hotel in a perfect central spot – everything from restaurants to beaches is just a few minutes walk. Elizabeth, the owner, and her family are incredibly warm, making you feel like part of their incredibly warm family. They truly care about every detail and go above and beyond to make sure guests feel comfortable – it honestly felt like staying with family, not just at a hotel. The hotel’s beach is beautiful, and the beachfront restaurant has a stunning view of the sea, especially at sunset. The food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable considering the high quality and service. ! Definitely highly recommended

The host was friendly on another Level. Clean modern rooms. The breakfast is Taste and fresh. Free sunbeds and Towels. Loved it. Would choose this placeanytime again.

Was in a quiet area of town but close enough that you don’t feel isolated. The room was very clean and refreshed every day. The Beach bar was excellent and breakfast by the beach was superb. Staff couldn’t do enough for you to make sure you have a good stay with them. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend staying here.

Location was fantastic, a short walk to beaches and restaurants. Breakfast at the restaurant was amazing. Staff were very kind and helpful.

The owner, Elzabet, is a great host, making us feel welcome from the start. Every morning at breakfast should would check that everything was OK with our stay. The hotel is very clean and tidy, with new towels every day. As a hotel guest we had free use of sun loungers on the beach which is valuable in Ksamil! Nice beach bar with great seafood.

The hotel was so clean, the location was perfect. We wrnt everywhere by walking. The hotel owner is a woman and we felt so safe with them.

The hospitality of the host and all staff as a whole

Nice welcome, car parking on site and very clean. The cost is higher than some BUT includes breakfast overlooking the beach plus sun beds and shade are reserved for you. We found it a nice walk and based ourselves on the beach after breakfast. Elizabeth and her family make sure everything is good for you 👍

You should know that the owner Elisabeth is extremely kind and amazing person! Hotel bus walking distance from the beach and her restaurant where you can also find sun beds with umbrella and beach towels as well. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. For sure we will come back. I also recommend having water shoes. Greatings

The accommodation is just perfect. The room is clean and has everything we need. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around it.

First of all, Elizabeth is a perfect hotel owner. Very positive. The rooms and balconies are quite large. There are markets right under and across from the hotel, you can meet all your needs.You have your breakfast on the beach. But it's more comfortable if you have a car. It's 2-3 minutes away by car. It takes about 10 minutes on foot. It's more convenient for a family with children to get there by car.

Elisabet(the owner) is a great and sweet person,same as all the staff working there.We loved the view where we had breakfast and the whole area .Albanian people are very kind and friendly

That the property has no elevator and the bathrooms by the beach they have no possibilities to change diapers for the babies

Very clean and tidy and the host was always available with whatever you may need!

Oh Elisabet is so lovely, she contacted me in the day of my staff and let me check in at 9am, she showed me to my beautiful room and even insisted on carrying my case. She then gave me a tour and drove me to the beach. The room is lovely, my balcony was absolutely huge. The rooms so lovely. The staff at the beach were lovely and always asked if I wanted them to save my lounger for me. Free beach towels for you too. Air con worked well. Even though it’s on the main road it wasn’t noisy and I slept really well. Elisabet saved me a parking spot. I asked for a blanket as I always get a little cold on. Night even without the air con in and it was on my bed for me before I even got back to the hotel. The hotel beach is great as it saves you paying for sun loungers but it is maybe a 6 min walk to the beach so if you aren’t able bodied it might pose a problem, but you can drive there is a big car park there.

The only thing I didn’t like as a plant based diet there wasn’t much for breakfast, but there wasn’t anywhere in Albania and the fact I could make my own porridge with boiling water here was amazing. Thanks for having me

Elizabeta was fantastic, super friendly and helpful - really attentive. Couldn’t fault the staff. The room was lovely, clean and spacious with linens changed everyday. Breakfast everyday was great with good choice. Short walk down to the beach where you can use the lounger for free (unusual for Ksamil)

Very clean, very friendly owner. Our car broke but Edi, Elizabeth and her husband were there to help, without them God knows wgat could have happen so a big thank u once again. Free sunlounges, very good breakfast, nice view. I recommend.

Long distance to the beach if u ain't fit or young but 2 mins in the car will sort everything. A small table under the TV in the 1st room would be helpful.
