We had a great stay at this villa in Ksamil! The location is excellent—just a 10 minutes walk from the beaches and close to everything you need. The apartment was fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, although it was a bit small. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. We especially appreciated that the apartment was cleaned every two days—everything was kept tidy and fresh throughout our stay. Overall, a lovely spot to enjoy Ksamil, and we’d definitely consider coming back!

Vila Neli is a modern apartment building with high end finishes - the bathroom was wonderful, the aircon so welcome! Having use of the little garden area was wonderful - although shared we didn’t see anyone else and it still felt private as each room has its own little area outside the patio doors. The hosts were kind and offered us beach towels. Only 5-10 min walk from the supermarket and main beaches but quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a bit far from the beach but still a walked distance.

The light in the bathroom could be a little brighter.

Our stay at Vila Neli was great. The suite was perfectly clean and comfortable and room service was done every 2 days. Outside of the room there is a nice garden with table, hammock and drier, which was useful. Vila is located very close to the town centre with restaurants and beaches, everything important is in the walking distance. Most importantly, the hosts are very kind and friendly, always ready to help with anything. 10/10.

A lovely villa with the perfect walking distance from many beaches and center. Our appartment was a decent size for 4 adults, with practical kitchen, nice bathroom and a garden, where we spent most of the time. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We will definetely return to this place.

We were in a family of 5 people plus a couple of friends. The room was big enough for my family and my friends was very happy with their room too. There were an outside area for my kids to play. Besides all the comfort and all the attention of staff, our rooms were cleaned each 2 days and the towels and linen changed. It was close to everywhere, supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and, of course, the beaches. I strongly recommend this place for everyone.
