I liked absolutely everything about the accommodation! The location is excellent – there’s a free beach nearby, all the shops are close, and there’s even a medical center within walking distance. The apartment owners are incredibly kind, always ready to help if needed, and truly compassionate. There’s also a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away, making it easy to get to Saranda.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The apartment is a perfect home away from home — spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more). Everything feels fresh and new. Alex and his wife are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful hosts who made me feel truly cared for. I would rate this place 11 out of 10 — highly recommended!

The owners were excellent. We loved them. They were so warm and lovely. It was marvellous to talk to them. The cleanliness and the facilities were also awesome. And the location... it was close yo everywhere and the balconies/terraces were so relaxing and enjoyable.

Great lovely hosts, loved every part of the stay. The room was very clean, with all facilities included, a nice veranda to relax and in a very quiet area in Ksamil. Highly recommend it.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The apartment and the location of it are amazing- an easy 7 minute walk into town and the beach. Our host was so kind and thoughtful- when we arrived she made us coffee and was always quick to respond if we needed anything. A highlight of our trip :)

Situated in a nice quiet area of Ksamil and very comfortable. I would however not recommend visiting the beaches in Ksamil. They are not as they appear from pictures with a lot of litter and very cramped sun loungers. Instead I would recommend driving to a beach away from Ksamil.

We loved our stay at my Ksamil guesthouse! Accommodation is very clean and comfortable, located in a quiet street but also close enough to everything in Ksamil. The owners are so lovely. We could also park our car out the front. Would definitely recommend.

Hosts are lovely people :) apartment is nice, big, comfortable, clean and in quiet location, but near to bus stop, rental, shop, beach and restaurants. Very good value for the money, we have spent 3 weeks in Albania in 7 accomodations and this was the best for that little price.

We had awesome experience staying in the apartments. The hosts are welcoming and kind, also very flexible regarding change of dates last minute. We arrived 1 day later, and decided to stay 1 more day at the end of our visit, and they did not charge us additionally. We recommend this property to individuals, couples and families - you have everything you need in the apartments for a cosy stay and all the popular places in Ksamil are nearby.

To everybody who would like to stay here, I give my warmest and most sincere recommendation. It is the cleanest apartment I have ever been to with all the necessary appliances ( hairdryer/iron appliance). It is situated at the beginning of Ksamil with 15 min walk to the beaches. The landlords are so humble and polite, ready to assist. We will go next year as well! Greetings and biggest thank.

Very noisy at nights and in the morning (music, roosters etc(, and the water turned off at one point.

The hosts are truly lovely people, and the kitchen is very well-outfitted for a beachside rental.
