The breakfast wasn't so various compared to western standards and it was always the same all days along. Staff could have been more accomodating while you sitted at the table. Our rooms - located at the ground floor - were quite dark and lighting was required even at midday. Worst over all - and the biggest minus - was the sea beach. Sunbeds are quite tight one each other, that make almost impossible to see the sea water (third row was reserved to hotel guest) or to find the sun ombrella shadow. A loud music is always on the whole day all days. More than this, e a persistent and DISGUSTING SEWER SMELL was almost always present. Consequently also the water apperance was horrible and very far from the Instagram marketing pictures. Despite this couldn't be an hotel fault, I guess that this must not be accepted. Personally, this has completely ruined our vacations!

Nice hotel rooms, very well finished and very cleans. Good services like beach towel and sunbeds are included in the standard rates. Seaside reachable in 2 minutes by only crossing the main road.

The hotel reception can be reached by a 25-step, steep staircase. Guests with a movement restriction, I think this situation should be stated in the “hotel features” section. (Photo) You reach the beach by passing a double lane road with traffic. It is not a beach hotel where you can have a sea holiday comfortably and safely with your little one. (Photo) The operation and staff of the beach part are not professional. The beach is not very clean. (Photo) The sunbeds are very close, many people are taken from the outside. The sound of music is inemprehensibly very loud.

The suite room is very comfortable. The decoration and the quality of the material used are high-end. It is also very functional. The balcony is great. The location is amazing. Right in the heart of the city. Dozens of restaurants, market, bar, Cafe are within walking distance. Also, the sea view is very beautiful. The quality of the hotel restaurant is excellent. Both seafood and meat products are amazing. The service is very good.

The rooms was new and not yet fully equiped with missing curtain and trash can. the location of the rooms is on the ground floor so you must have a proper curtain to close the window. The curtain need to be imporved to ease closing it and to improve blocking of light to get inside in th morning.

The decoration of the room is very nice with a lot of nice artitstic pictures. The bathroom is great and also the living room is nice. Great breakfast and great hospitatlity.

Music is playing from a nearby pub/club until midnight. States free parking but nowhere to park (unless you are lucky to find an empty space around the area) car park behind the hotel charges 700lek for 24 hours. Kettle and cups in the room but no tea/coffee to use with the kettle. Also, it would be nice if a bottle of water was included. All drinks have prices on them from the fridge (including water) Overall, it was a nice stay, and i would recommend it.

Lovely hotel with a 5-star feeling. Hot tub bath is a lovely feature. Room has a nice view of the beach and is front line. Netflix and youtube are available on the tv for non Albanian speakers. Bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly and breakfast included.

Just a small hint - there are no hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels after use. I wish there was no street between hotel and the sea so you can not only see it but also hear it :) but as I said, this is subjective. Please make it clear with the beach boy who keeps the beach ticket as he always insisted to take it when the reception lady asked us to not give it to him just show :) :)

Rooms are really nice, big enough and very well decorated - everything is new. The balcony is super nice. As for the location - it’s very subjective if you like it or not, it’s on the main promenade so very busy every evening. However Mustafa has very good sound isolation so the street noise is not a problem at all if you don’t like it. I really appreciated high quality bed linen and towels. Breakfast was repetitive but a nice man at the restaurant was very responsive to our needs - we liked local donuts kind of a lot :)

The city had its own issues, and we did not swim in the close vicinity. We decided to swim at different locations, which was more appealing and appropriate for our family.

It was great location, and the team/staff was really helpful. Local costs were reasonable. Breakfast was great. Nothing bad to say!

Lights went off and they entered to our room a couple times without knocking the door trying to fix it. Receptionists don’t know much English and for getting breakfast you need to go to a cafeteria nearby. When I went they didn’t knew I was from the hotel and when I explained that was included in the price the breakfast a waitress told me "we only have this" while pointing at some food after arguing with some of her colleagues in the language.

They promised us a "garden view" but there was no garden at all,only the very noisy ventilators, we didn't have one real window in the room, the walls are very thin so it was all loud and we could not sleep especially when there was a lot going on in the restaurant because we heard everything from the kitchen there,the receptionist does not speak English and they are not willing to help you with that stuff at all,after we asked for another room (we would have paid for it of course) we were denied but that had empty rooms left. The beach at the hotel is private but still dirty, which is not only their fault (cause the other areas at the beach are even dirtier) but the music they play is very loud and that makes it hard to relax there.

Recently refurbished and very clean. A few steps away from a lovely beach. The breakfast was simple but it had everything we needed and the staff was lovely. The receptionists were really helpful. We loved the vibrant location with people enjoying their warm summer evenings and didn’t mind hearing some music and chatter. I can fully recommend this place.

when booking the pictures show a beach view and jacuzzi, in reality we was on the ground floor backing on to a kitchen which was noisy until gone 12pm our entrance was in an ally way facing the back of another restaurant kitchen, its a shame because the room was very nice and spacious but not what was advertised on booking .com

There were a few minor issues during our stay (nothing major) however I must commend the staff as they worked hard to fix them. The only feedback I would give is to have a bin in the room, as there only seemed to be the sanitary waste bin in the bathroom.

Very clean, almost brand new. Stylish decor with high quality finish throughout. Decent sized rooms with a great view of the beach, sea and sunset. Very good location for bars, restaurants and shops. Jacuzzi in the room was great - robe and slippers are provided along with other complimentary toiletry products. The staff were helpful and attentive. Underground parking seemed to be safe and secure (not easy to find at first but staff were very helpful with this). We only went for the breakfast once but it was fine, and the waiter was lovely. When walking along the beachfront I don’t think there were any hotels with such a high specification.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Mustafa Suites! The room was incredibly comfortable, with a jacuzzi and balcony offering perfect sunset and sea views. The restaurant downstairs provided an excellent dining experience with diverse food varieties, especially the delicious seafood. Free underground parking was a bonus. The bed was comfy, and all necessary toiletries were provided. The staff at the reception and restaurant were exceptionally kind and helpful. Plus, the room was soundproofed, making it perfect for a relaxed vacation. Highly recommend for a memorable stay!
