I believe they need people to be honest with them. We did some shopping at the shop, and some of the jams were not as great as everything else in there, or maybe it's just my taste of jam that is different!

During my life my family and I have been living in 3 states, two of these countries we had the blessing to live in both the North and South parts of them, therefore we got acquainted with the cuisine, the culture, and the nicest places to visit which we loved dearly but once visited Mrizi i Zanave this place gor the first place as the nicest one, we just love it. We love not only the delicious food, the nice surroundings, the high quality of service, the amazing rooms made out of stone and wood and kept in very clean conditions, thank you so much for that, but there is something more in Mrizi I Zanave that we appreciate, it is the hospitality. The genuine way of taking care of their guests - last time we visited was July, the place was full, however, the service was excellent, just like the one we received last January. With the hope that this place will keep its high standards, we thank you so much indeed for the lovely time we had there for the second time!

The shower, a curtain being stuck to you while you're showering is not nice, also the water flow of the shower was very poor.

Food during dinner, looked a bit unfresh, reducted , and the presentation different from last time being there. Towels old and stained , toilet dirty.

The place is beautiful speaking about nature and the staff always kind and polite. However I found some changes in terms of cleaning and food, when compared to 3 years ago, when I first visited Mrizi. The dinner was the same style, but the presentation and the quality of food was downgraded. The towels had stains and a bit oldish for a structure like that. The toilet that is in the restaurant aerea dirty and unattended Take this feedback as constructive, because we trust in your good work to keep the standards that you have created, intact.

Some of the accommodation was up a steep slope that might be difficult for some people but there is more accommodation on the flat. It would have been nice to have some loungers or more comfortable seating, but that didn't spoil our stay. It really was a treat to be there.

The staff were incredible, and the food and wine were absolutely delicious. We were really full every evening, and the bill was surprisingly small. We had a tour of the vineyard and farm, which was really interesting, you could buy their produce in their shop. There was a small bar for the daytime serving drinks and nibbles, and again, the staff were lovely.

The location is off the tracks but is very beautiful with many fruit trees and surrounding patches of farming. There is also an area with goats & sheeps and ducks and chickens. The place has been beautifully restored and is rustic but very charming. The restaurant serves excellent food and they have a shop where you can buy cheeses, their wine and jams. On the second day, we were offered a tour of their food production facility - cheese making, air dried hams, jams, syrups. The whole experience of staying there was very enjoyable and relaxing.

The place is perfect but most importantly the people are what makes it special. We had an amazing 4 day stay here with lots of activities like horse back riding, shepherd picnic and also exploring the farm itself. It’s commendable what the founder has done, he has literally employed and created opportunity for his entire village- put it on the world map. It’s also very approachable for locals as well which makes it special. We loved our room, we loved the food, the wine and the hospitality. It’s a great place to be with kids given all the animals on the farm. Our kid had so much fun and didn’t want to leave. Would say this is one of the best experiences we have had and we have traveled a lot

Our room was very dark, but that is pretty much the only thing I can think of that wasn't perfect.

This place is truly magical - the accommodation, restaurant, bar and surrounding areas are all beautiful and we had an amazing stay. Dafina was an impeccable host and guide, and showed us around the facilities and we had a wine tasting with some food as well, for a small cost, which was fantastic. The dinner and breakfast were flawless and the room was cosy and comfortable. Truly a gem of a place.
