I didn’t find the front desk people to be particularly helpful or nice.

The hotel is centrally located, the rooms are clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable in particular. The restaurant staff are very lovely and accomodating. The junior suite is a great space for anyone wanting to complete work on their travels as the desk is in a separate room to the bed.

Really nice retreat on a very hot day. Clean, large, well-serviced rooms. Great air-conditioning. Comfortable bed. Very good shower. Restaurant very good value.

We realy enjoyed out 2 night stay in this lovely hotel :-) The location was wonderfull, about 5-10 minutues from the center and everything you need. A new hotel, our room even included a kitchen! Breakfast had many options, private parking for hotel guests in front of the hotel.

Property was great and staff were very friendly with services on the property. However when we asked about renting bicycles in town or about travel agencies to organize trips to Valbonne National Park, their knowledge was limited. Would be helpful to have someone on staff who was more knowledgeable about various tourist offerings in the area. Otherwise we highly recommend this hotel

It’s perfect!

What a find this hotel was outstanding we loved it , it’s an absolute gem of a spot it was our favourite hotel in Albania and I think the most reasonably priced. We can’t fault it and Emi on the front desk was a gem we let them know we would arrive before checking so we could leave our bags. Emi not only did that but got housekeeping to prioritise getting our room done so we ended up checking in way before checkin time. The restaurant is so reasonably priced and the breakfast was great it was a highlight that matched the beauty of the town and was a great way to end our time in Albania!

This hotel is great value for money. Large comfortable rooms with shutters and blackout curtains to keep out the summer sun. A short walk to restaurants, shops and the walking street and next door to a large supermarket. A variety of choices for breakfast with indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommend.

There was noisy party in the backyard, breakfast was not the best quality, although they had a portalfilter machine, I had to make my cappuccino by myself with a cheap fully automated machine
