One thing I didn’t like was the price I felt it was a bit on the high side. However, overall, the quality of the service and the experience made it a memorable stay.

I had an excellent experience at Marina Palace! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I really appreciated how clean and well maintained the entire property was. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect peaceful yet close enough to everything we needed. The food was great, and the atmosphere overall made it easy to relax and feel at home. Thank you to the team at Marina Palace for the great service. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back!

The attached restaurant had very expensive prices. I understand Dhermi is a resort area and prices should be above the norm then the rest of Albania but the prices here were straight up prices you get in Manhattan $15 for a cocktail 8-12 for a beer seemed obscene.

The facility had an amazing location, the beach that it sits on is absolutely amazing, one of the best I’ve ever been to. Worth paying the extra money to get the sea view option. I originally got the Mountain View option and thankfully, they upgraded me complementary.

The view of the room balcony was at the front of the hotel so there was a big lack of privacy. There is no proper welcome drinks. The room did not have a tissue box or any additional toiletries like body lotion, hair cap, cotton buds etc, there was no iron or ironing board in the room either or dressing gowns. No tea or coffee facilities. The pool view is skewed, there should not be any plants infront of the glass panel which blocks the view of the sea and beach. There was no hotel staff at the pool or any tables besides the loungers. No pool bar which makes it very awkward to keep going to the beach bar to get a drink. There was no cleaning around the pool area of guests empty glasses etc The beach/pool should have food menus. There should be icecreams, slush etc available at the beach bar. The drinks and food were quite expensive and lack of non alcoholic cocktails. The guests should have access to all loungers but there was a tiered pricing system which i found quite odd. The whole point of booking a beach front hotel should be that guests have full access. Maybe some beach pool activities or sport tables should be available. Lack of evening entertainment. The steakhouse was not open, i felt like there is another coffee/bar lounge required. There was still lots of building work going on which ruined the surroundings and noise pollution, felt like we had paid full price for an incomplete hotel. Therefore it was expensive for what we experienced.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was a good spread, food overall was very good. Lots of cleaners everywhere so place was clean. New hotel so the fittings, hotel decor was fresh and stylish. Loved the access to the beach, views were magnificant. General decor was great. Standard room size was sufficient and most amenities were present and new.

Many courteous staff including cleaning staff, but men working in restaurant for breakfast/lunch not welcoming, chased us away from using water cooler and seemed to not trust guests (or make us feel as such). No coffee maker in room, but restaurant not open until 7am so early risers out of luck. Difficult to sit at the beach midday because club music was blasting from the bar so loudly it was impossible to read or think (and got louder and louder over the course of the afternoon). Negatively affected pool area as well but more tolerable there. May not be a problem for those who want to party at the beach, but would be for those who want to rest and restore. Not a particularly walkable area, perhaps in part due to construction everywhere- only can walk short distance down the beach, otherwise have to drive to other restaurants or walkable areas.

Comfortable beds, clean, beautiful views. Availability of chairs, drinks and fruit on the beach was lovely.

Overrated 5 ***** hotel, could rate as 3***. Limited room facilities, limited breakfast. Good beach, for those who prefer sandy beach not recommended. Overall, can say only about beach. Will not come back.

The hotel is situated really close to the beach and the coast there is amazing. The sunbeds were very comfortable and there was even a pool which was a nice option since we were travelling with a baby. The staff was very helpful, both at the hotel and restaurant. The breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of choice.
