No kettle, shower blocked every time and overflowing, room and shower not clean, no chair in the room, iron obtained on request only.

It’s horrible,room was not clean ,under beds full of dust and garbage from previous booking, the floor was broke around, the bed was dirty and broke ,the toilet was a disaster full of mold and hair in the corners ,we had to ask 4 times for toilet paper, from the bath it was always coming a horrible smell,and in the night we had ants everywhere!after we’ve seen the room we asked for a refound and of course they declined! Breakfast was also horrible no ham or cheese just some disgusting scrambled eggs and sausages !

Some of the staff were very knowledgable and others (perhaps new) were a little vague. We booked a taxi through a staff member to go and see the sunset at the castelle-waited and waited not tuen up- the staff member had said he knew him-it then became too late to go-think more staff training. However, we booked a boat trip through another staff member this was excellent -exceeded expectations -the staff member even took us to book direct in his own time- that is the differnce! Overall- great trip- location and facilities

Fantastic location overlooking the sea. The room Is very small and has a patio. The trade off for the location is the noise from the street. But we slept well. Lots of blockout curtains. Bed was comfortable, king size,, aircon worked. Shower very small and curtain stuck to you, hot water for a minute only. Breakfast was wonderful, 2 lovely local dips, bread, pastries, eggs done 3 ways, much more, the best breakfast so far in Albania

Unclean, lots of work being carried out on the property, pool not open, basically a worksite, electrics kept going out, shower or toilet didn’t work, tools were left in our room, noise! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

Great hotel, friendly staff top lokation! Breathtaking views, quality breakfast, relaxing sky pool! What Else you need to have a perfect vacation? Definetely will return

We stayed at Hotel Monte Cristo in Sarandë for one night, and it was by far the most disappointing stay of our entire trip. I would say it's probably on the top 3 of the worst hotels I have stayed at in my life. First of all, the photos online on booking.com are completely misleading—clearly photoshopped to look new and clean, which couldn’t be further from reality. The hotel is outdated, worn down, and not maintained at all. The pool and surrounding area were dirty and clearly not cleaned in a long time. It felt unhygienic and uninviting, with debris in and around the water. Inside the room, things didn’t get better. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom was moldy and filthy, and the entire floor flooded every time we showered. It was impossible to keep anything dry, and the smell of dampness lingered. Breakfast was bland and cold, and even the coffee was cold. To get a proper, hot coffee, I had to pay extra, which just added to the overall sense of being ripped off. For the price, this place offers terrible value, and we would absolutely never recommend it to anyone. There are far better and more honest places to stay in Sarandë.

Exceptional staff and very welcoming we felt like in home. Breakfast very good and tasty. Great and relaxing views from the balcony. Rooftop pool outstanding as well so definitely back if in Sarande!

The property does not look like on the photos anymore, rooms and bathrooms just don’t like the once online. Bathroom was rusty, and the bedroom had a bed that was broken and were you sank into the middle of it when you sit and played down on it. No toiletries in the bathroom as well.

Some killer stairs to get to property but can take alternative routes to avoid Bed was too soft but moved to another room with a better bed Air con could be a bit cooler

When People in the room above us showered water was dripping from the roof in the bathroom. When we took a shower the whole bathroom flooded.. Worn down but spacious 4 beds room. Not 4 Star hotel

All staff members were great! very kind and helpful, did everything with a smile and good energy. The pool on the roof is great and has a nice view, location is amazing. Really good breakfast in front of the view :)

Very bad experience with this hotel I don't recommend to no one. remember (Ask to check the rooms before you pay) The room fully dust bathroom scandal 0 safety from electricity Shampoo Uset quite surprised for what I see and what I find however hardly we find solutions to move to other hotel. They ofert free parking but I did pay for it €10 for private parking on the front of hotel because ther was 100 yards away.

The area is good u have everything u need in 10‘ walk away. The staff is very friendly and obliging. Special thanks to Juliano who was always there for us and made everything possible 🙏🏼

The only positive thing is that they let us check in early because the room was available (we later understood why) and the location is right across from the beach. Still, the price/quality ratio isn't worth it.

To summarize our experience, everything about this hotel is a lie. At check-in, we were told the pool was undergoing maintenance and would be ready that same afternoon or the next day. At night, we went up to the rooftop and the pool didn't even have water in it yet. There are several defects and cracks throughout the hotel. It's as if it were still under construction, but they're already trying to make a profit. The room with a balcony and sea view is another lie. The balcony is shared with the room next door, with no privacy (there's no partition), and the balcony is too small. Sea view? Well, better, a huge tree in front of the balcony that blocked the entire view. The breakfast was very limited, and the coffee was watery. The room was dirty and covered in cobwebs, and the bathroom shower didn't have any kind of curtain or protection, so it flooded after showering. There was damp in the bathroom. You have to climb a lot of stairs to reach the hotel. I wouldn't stay here again, nor would I recommend it.

2 days of my visit the pool was not open. And when open maintenance of the rooftop pool was not soo good.
