Great ! very helpful staff(Even informed me about local places to visit , traditional eateries etc .The rooftop cafe has a beautiful view of the mountains . The rooms are absolutely clean spick and span . Nothing to fault it really.

Great location, great parking, comfortable and quiet room, staff friendly and welcoming and happy to help us with any request. The rooftop bar and breakfast area is a beautiful place. The breakfast was delicious and lots of options.

The mirror with a weird material in the bathroom

Everything was very good except for the bathroom mirror, it is not something that is trustworthy due to the things that can be found in hotels and so on, the bathroom has a normal mirror and around it another mirror of a different material, the rest was very good. good

It could have been a little cleaner. Breakfast has little choice but for 2 days it was fine and tasted well, perfect for the price.

The stay was great, everything was uncomplicated, great area, gorgeous Kaffee on the roof. The rooms are very spacious some are renovated beautifully, very modern. It is on a main road, but when the windows are closed you barely hear anything. We very much enjoyed our stay here. behind the hotel there is also parking space.

Couldn't fault this hotel

The Hotel was really nice and stood up to 4 star and well run. Staff were extremely helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful The room was cleaned every day.

Very pleasant and comfortable accommodation, in a pretty hotel located in the center of Elbasan, with guarded parking. All the staff was nice. A special thank you to the manager of the hotel: she really listens and takes care of the customers and she is always available to help and meet expectations.

The Television is too small and too far away from the bed for viewing.

We liked the good size of the room and it's modern but old style feel at the same time. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the city as well as a large space to spread out. We did like the upstairs bar and lounge area for morning coffee and relaxing.

The air conditioning only runs when someone is occupying the room, and their air conditioning system takes a very long time to fully cool down the room when it's hot outside. I could hear a fair amount of noise from the eatery upstairs until about 22:00/10pm - things like lots of chairs scraping - but headphones easily blocked it out.

I stayed here for one night on my way from the Albanian Riviera to North Macedonia. The tiny hotel is a handful of rooms on the second floor of a building that also has a bar on the first floor (where you check in) and an eatery on the third (top) floor. Its location is great for those that want to do some sightseeing or have business downtown. For me it was just a few minutes' walk to the highly-reviewed Ethnography Museum, and just a few minutes more to the castle. The rooms also have a complimentary small minibar with water and a couple of sodas. Breakfast at the rooftop eatery upstairs was superb - served at the table, I received freshly made juice, espresso, a perfectly cooked omelet (my choice out of the optional items), just-cut fresh fruit, and bread and homemade jam, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The rooftop eatery also has a nice view of the city.

The breakfast lack variety and wasn't a buffet.

The staff was welcoming. The room was big and cozy. The breakfast had quality ingredients. It has a rooftop bar but the rooms have great noise isolation.

100€ was stolen from a zipped jacket pocket, we informed the reception but they said they never had any issues with that so they won't be looking into it, note there is no safebox to leave important items. This happened in the only room which was cleaned. A real pity since it is a lot of money and they didn't do anything

I really like this hotel, it was our second time staying and the rooms are very modern, great functioning AC, everything is uncomplicated, breakfast on the rooftop is minimal but lovely location. The staff. The staff claims me 5€ more than the price that appears on their official web of the hotel. The night cost 45€ and I paid 50€, leaving a tip of 5€. But much to my surprise, before leaving, the staff asked me for 5€ more, telling me that I had paid 40€. I would also like to say that this is the first time that this has happened to me in this hotel.
