Absolutely loved my stay! It was amazing after spending so much time in the North. The pool and facilities and transport to the airport made everything perfect. As a solo traveller, I loved being able to stay here at a reasonable price. Really recommend!

This is the perfect hotel for one or multiple-night stay. The pool is fantastic, the sauna is huge, and the restaurant stays open late. Everyone was so nice, and even when the front desk was busy, the staff had smiles and patience. I wish we could stay longer!

The restaurant food could be slightly better, and the pricing should be made clearer both while dining at the restaurant and by the pool. We felt misled, as we specifically asked and confirmed the price beforehand, but were charged a different amount. This left us feeling cheated. Clearer communication and consistency in pricing would greatly improve the experience

The room was very spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The warm pool was great for kids, and the food in the restaurant was not bad. The staff were professional and polite at the reception. We didn’t need anything more—our one-night stay was amazing, and the free transfer to the airport was a big plus!

Fantastic hotel right near the airport. Amazing huge pool. Wonderful restaurant and food. Beautiful clean huge suite with balcony and pool views. Fantastic staff and service. Complimentary airport transfer. Love that. Highly recommend you stay here. It is on the outskirts of the city. More suited for the proximity to the airport.

Areas for Improvement: While the downstairs restaurant staff were courteous and quick to correct any issues, there were a few instances where our orders were mixed up. Improving order accuracy could enhance customer satisfaction and reduce unnecessary waste. Additionally, it would be helpful to receive signed receipts along with the final statement at checkout to confirm all charges.

Overall Experience: We had a wonderful stay, with several highlights worth mentioning. The breakfast staff were fantastic—friendly, engaging, and consistently helpful. Special thanks to Aidet (apologies if the spelling is incorrect), whose service truly stood out. The spa treatment was excellent. The therapist was clearly passionate and attentive, making the experience both relaxing and rejuvenating.

The food wasn’t very good but you can’t expect much from an airport hotel. Need bigger shuttles. We had to get a taxi because the shuttle for the time we wanted was all booked.

Unfortunately our bathroom had a very strong smell of drains which was overpowering!

The hotel was located near to the airport, but due to sound proofing in the rooms, you couldn't hear anything, even sunshine walking past the room. The pool area was spacious and comfortable with an amazing pool. The cat parking was easy and secure. The hotel was also located next to two outside coffee houses, which sold drinks and croissants etc..

Nothing it was all perfect

We stayed at the end of a group trip! It was a perfect relaxing end to the trip, the pool was lovely with plenty of sun loungers. Had some lovely cocktails by the pool. We had dinner in the restaurant which was lovely and reasonably priced. It’s super close to the airport only about a 10 min drive and booking a transfer was quick and easy! For the location, the cleanliness, the facilities I think the price was well worth it!

They schedule free shuttle services to the airport for pick up and drop off which was nice when we had a 5:30 am flight. The gym is decent for a hotel gym, and the bed was comfortable.

Lovely hotel - fabulous clean large room with great view of the pool. Pool amazing. Such a relaxing place to stay before our flight. Restaurant good too. Would definitely stay here again
