We had the suite with the pool. The room is just incredible! The best room we ever had! Everything about that room is magical! But the staff entered our room when we left even if we left a" no disturb" sign at the door. It creeps us the whole day ; it took a lot of our high exciting energy that this room was giving us. We felt the room was out of expectatiin but the staff was not at all suited for that amazing room .

Beautiful place. We visited suite which was a little overpriced to my opinion. Terrace had nice pool which was nice. Hotel didn't have their own beach/pool. Mostly clean room. Nice visit in Vlorë!

There was no place to sunbath or hang in the sun on daytime. No access to beach or pool. The hotel should make a collaboration with their neighbor. The cleaning was slight below average

Amazing view! The place is popular with locals thanks to its unbeatable location. The food was absolutely outstanding — truly on another level. The waitstaff came across as a bit serious both nights we dined there, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t take away from the overall experience.

The power was cut off several times during the night, and the AC kept turning on and off. There was also an event that same night, which we had been warned about. They promised it would end by midnight, but it actually went on until around 1:30–2:00 a.m. You could hear everything, as the rooms aren’t very well soundproofed, which was quite annoying. The next morning, the power kept failing again

I wish there’s a way to show “do not disturb” status so housekeeping doesn’t need to knock on doors everyday

Location was sort of inconvenient. Couldn’t leave parking lot because there was a massive wedding going on the first night. Also you have no access to the water from the hotel. You would have to go to nearby beaches.

Unforgettable view & magical sunset! Our stay at Hotel Miramare was truly unforgettable. The room was clean and comfortable, but what made it exceptional was the INCREDIBLE view from the balcony – especially at sunset. Every evening felt magical and deeply romantic, watching the sun slowly melt into the sea. The location is perfect, the staff were kind and helpful, and the whole experience was filled with charm. We would come back in a heartbeat!

The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. And the view absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to that scenery every morning was a highlight of the trip.

When we arrived, the signage sends you into the restaurant, which seems bizarre; might be an idea to replace the front sign to face the correct way and also remove the reference to a ‘spa’, as there isn’t one on site. The carpark is very small and due to the restaurant and bar, is very busy at all times, you will lose your space almost immediately 😅 Breakfast is not cooked fresh, there were fried eggs and omelettes that had gone cold as they weren’t cooked fresh or kept warm. When items were running low, they were not replenished either. In the 3 mornings we were there, we were only offered coffee once, for a hotel of this ranking, I would expect that those dining inside, would be attended to as much as those sat outside. There were also no signs on any of the items, this is a nightmare for people with dietary requirements or allergies and the only member of staff we saw, was constantly running around outside, serving coffee; we only ever saw them inside on one occasion. The quality of the combination shampoo / conditioner and body wash was quite low, I think they were all the same project based on the smell and consistency being exactly the same; for a hotel of this price point, I would expect better quality items, but it was great to see dental kits provided. The most irritating thing for us, was the very loud generator that was running 24/7 - when we asked about this, the receptionist seemed surprised, as though nobody had ever mentioned it, which I find unbelievable considering how it was constantly running. Had we have paid for one of the very expensive rooms on the level below, and had that sound, I would have been very upset. I appreciate the generator is not on Miramares property, but I would expect them to have spoken with the hotel in front, who own the land it’s on, and come to some sort of solution, such as shutting the generator room so it wasn’t kept wide open 24/7.

We were really happy when we checked into this hotel, the staff were friendly and although there isn’t a lift, we only had one floor to go up. The view from the room was stunning, truly wonderful and with it being higher up off the sea, it felt like being on the edge of a cliff; waking up to that view was brilliant. The walk down to the main beach area was around 40 minutes, please note there are closer beaches, this is just for the main area. Lovely walk, which although a little steep on the way back, is very doable. The bed was one of the comfiest during our entire trip and there were loads of pillows, each pair being different levels of firmness, which is perfect if you enjoy a different kind to your partner. Free water was provided in a very cold fridge; greatly appreciated on a warm day, but the prices of the other items was exceptionally high. The shower was wonderful, both a handheld and fixed shower head with great heat and pressure. Breakfast was on until quite late, which is always nice on a relaxing break. The juices were tasty and the croissants were very good. The sesame bread was one of my absolute favourites and the selection of sweets was great.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly , the manager is really kind , friendly and always willing to help out , the receptionist were so professional .... the rooms were so beautiful and clean and the interiors are classy .... I will definitely visit again ..

The place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. But what really made the experience unforgettable was the staff — especially Anissa. She was always smiling, super helpful, and truly made us feel welcome like family.
