I booked a garden view room. This was at the back of the hotel, which was good as in the evening it could get a bit noisy, especially for the hotel/bar next door but nothing more than you would expect from a centrally located hotel. However I could not describe it as a garden view as there was no garden to speak of and the room looked out on to blocks of flats. Not necessary an ugly view but certainly not what I envisaged when expecting garden view, this is something that should be amended on the hotel description to mange expectations.

The location was right opposite the beach and on the main promenade so plenty of cafe and restaurants and ideal for sitting out and watching the world go by. The hotel was very clean, trowels and bedding changed every day. The bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was very good, catering for all tastes. The Wi-Fi was good with strong signal at all times.

Staff are awesome. Room was fancy, view from the room was great and the bed was good. Breakfast is really nice and the fresh croissants are amazing! Best location on lungomare, in my opinion.

I would like to bring attention to an important concern regarding the beach located directly in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, we discovered that it is contaminated with bacteria and sewage, which has led to some stomach issues since our return home. I strongly recommend that future guests exercise caution when considering beach activities in this area. In summary, while the hotel itself offers a wonderful stay with great amenities, potential guests should be aware of the beach conditions nearby. Also, we arrived at the hotel, but unfortunately, our room wasn't ready after our scheduled check-in time. This delay was quite inconvenient for us as we were travelling the whole night. Despite the delay with our room, I want to highlight that the staff was incredibly kind and nice. I especially want to commend two young boy waiters who went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Their attentiveness and friendliness made a positive difference during our stay.

We recently had the opportunity to stay at this brand-new hotel, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The property boasts modern amenities and a fresh ambiance that truly enhances the guest experience. The rooms, while on the smaller side, are well-appointed and designed for comfort. I must highlight the bed, which was exceptionally comfortable and contributed to a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast offered a delightful spread reminiscent of a Swedish buffet, providing a variety of options to start the day off right.

The beach opposite was unfortunately smelly and dirty, lots of rubbish.

The hotel is new and lovely, great location in Vlorë. Close to lots of other restaurants and shops. Easy to get a taxi to travel to near by places. Staff were friendly. Sushi was fantastic at the restaurant for dinner!

Hotel charged me twice for my booking and I'm waiting for my refund!! The girl at the reception did not seem experienced in working here. But I've been told I will get credited soon as I did not want to wait for a "cash" refund which is stupid to me. Parking is behind the hotel in an old broken down building and there are some shady characters around there. Just lock the car doors and don't walk in that area at night.

Easy to walk to so many beach bars and restaurants on this strip. I recommend walking South of here and.not north as the vibe and nightlife is a bit better south of this hotel. Go to Marina Bay resort and pay for the all day beach and pool access. It's totally worth it and you get great food and drinks with a good vibe. Restaurant is pretty good and will make al.ost any coffee you want. Good selection of breakfast foods.

The hotel is good, nice location, friendly staff, and everyone speaks English. They also approved us for the 1,5 hrs later checkout because we had an evening flight. I can recommend the hotel.

It was obviously end of season as there was no breakfast buffet and we had to order our breakfast with a waiter who didn't speak a word of English. Moreover, there was no coffee available and we had to pay for our cappuccino, although breakfast was included in the price.

Check-in was easy and efficient and the receptionist very friendly and helpful. The room was bright and clean, with a wonderful view on the sea. However, in the bathroom there was not a single hook or bar where to hang the towels.

Wonderful hotel — spotlessly clean and just a minute’s walk from the beach! Surrounded by charming restaurants and cozy cafés. The young woman at reception was exceptionally kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back.

It lacked hot water at 7:30 pm when all the clients came back from the beach to have a shower. That was a bad experience.

The location is perfect, and the room is comfortable, it’s dark and the bed is great for sleep.

Room was very small for " DELUXE DOUBLE ROOM" There was no parking for the car. Elevator was not working during the stay. Staff at the restaurant was not professional at all. In total its not worthy 74€ for one night.

The staff is very nice, the room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is excellent and cook to order. The room has a full sea view.
