This is a small family run boutique hotel. They go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. Mela (I’m sure I have this wrong) at the front desk went above and beyond. Great communication. Great location 5 minute walk to beach. Wonderful breakfast. Highly recommended

Room was very small and shower room was accumulating water because the drain was blocked, preventing water from flowing away properly.

We spent 4 wonderful days at Hotel Mira Mare in Ksamil and were completely satisfied with our stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beach is very close by, and the town center is within easy walking distance. A special thank you goes to Anxhela, whose warm and dedicated support truly made our stay unforgettable. She accompanied us from start to finish and was one of the main reasons why we would love to return to Hotel Mira Mare. Anxhela is a very friendly, courteous, and empathetic person who carries out her work with genuine passion. She took the time to plan our stay with us and suggested many sights and beautiful beaches in the area. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy a private boat tour and explore the Ksamil islands as a family, a highlight of our trip. Even when there were communication difficulties with the boat driver, Anxhela stepped in immediately, translated, and resolved everything. On behalf of my whole family, I would like to sincerely thank Anxhela for her exceptional support. We hope to see her again next year

Very nice litteratur hotel almost at the center of the town. The host and staff was very friendly and helpsome.

The spa in the room did not get hot and flooded the floor. Our room was next to the stairs, both nights the noise from guests returning late and continuing to party in their room kept us awake.

Hotel was very clean, breakfast was good.

The girl at the reception was very sweet, and the cleaning staff tried their best, but it doesn’t fix the situation.

This is not a hotel, it’s a hostel priced like a four-star hotel! Terrible! We chose this place based on reviews, but it turned out people don’t write honest reviews — the manager asks guests to delete negative ones. We were checked in an hour late, there was no key to the room, and the wardrobe was full of someone else’s clothes! The doors, bathroom, and everything else are in desperate need of repair and maintenance! The swing on the balcony is unsafe for children, there’s mold on the fabric, and exposed wires. The room has a window facing the corridor, which lights up with a bright light every time someone walks by at night (see photos). There is no real breakfast — it looks like food that someone already ate before you! The plates are chipped. We didn’t allow our children to eat from such dishes or consume such terrible food! We only ate watermelon and a boiled egg (compare that to the price of the hotel and the claimed “excellent breakfast”). This is fraud! A complaint has been submitted to Booking.com, but the hotel refused to cancel the reservation. Look at the real photos before ruining your vacation!

The stay and room was amazing. Expecially the staff Anhela did her Job very well. She was excellent and very Nice to us. Helped alot with our needs and has the best quality to do this Job. She was Brilliant.

The location is good - walking distance from many Ksamil beaches and restaurants.

There is bad sound isolation of the rooms and your ear a lot of noise from the halls of the rooms. The pool is smaller than it seems. The breakfast has options but the bread seemed from the day before. The juices are not fresh juices. The cereal seemed also from days before.

The room was clean and Angie was amazing in getting us things for the room. She was very hospitable as well as was the manager.

It's within walking distance to one of the best beaches in Ksamil. Great staff. Comfortable beds and clean room. Good breakfast. Two seperate garage facilities for up to 10-12 vehicles.

The swimming pool that you share with the neighbouring Adjen Hotel (also run by Mira Mare) is small. There is a steep upward slope at the main entrance of the hotel so if you haven't rent a car, you need to climb it up. There is an alternative less sloopy road but it takes relatively longer to walk. There are a few things they can do better with the breakfast. The fruit juices they serve is of low concentration. It tastes more like water. They can provide a variety of herbal teas. And a better quality cheddar cheese. The rest with the breakfast is just fine. Expect a partial sea view from the balcony only. Or else for a better view, try to book a room with numbers ending with 5.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! We were welcomed with a warm smile — the staff were very polite and friendly. I especially want to mention the administrator — such a pleasant person, always ready to help. The owner of the hotel is also amazing — very kind, sincere, and easy to talk to. It’s clear that he truly cares about the comfort of his guests. The room was clean and tidy, with fresh bed linen and towels. Housekeeping was done regularly, and everything we needed was provided. The service was excellent. Thank you so much for the hospitality! I will definitely come back again.😍😍😍

What didn’t I like? The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave this place! 😀 It would be great to have a washing machine available — it’s really convenient, especially when traveling with small children.

The staff were very kind, and I would especially like to highlight the receptionist, Anxhela – she was incredibly sweet, helpful, and friendly, a truly amazing lady. The cleanliness was excellent; the cleaning lady changed our bed linen every day and cleaned everything thoroughly. The breakfast was also delicious. We will definitely go back, that’s for sure ☺️ It was a fantastic experience – I highly recommend it to everyone! Thank you for everything Anxhela 💕💕

When we arrived we were greeted by Angela the receptionist. She could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. Our room wasn’t quite ready so she accompanied us to the terrace where the views were spectacular and arranged complimentary drinks. Our room was clean and lovely.

Breakfast wasn’t all that…. But I think that is more of a cultural thing rather than hotel specific

Location was just perfect. Sea view from most of the rooms and the rest had a pool View. A beautiful terrace where the breakfast was served, mesmerising view of the beach and the Ksamil islands. 5 minute walk to several beaches, Near with supermarkets, near with center. Small Kitchen, well equipped for the coffee lovers. Good room size and well equipped also. A nice patio for me which I was in a ground floor due to having strollers and babies. With a swing chair and a table and chairs for smoking. Exceptional. Very happy with my choice. I want to thank Mirel the manager and Anxhela at the reception, and also the ladies at the breakfast room which took an extra mile and cooked our daughter’s favourite scrambled egg.

I would preferred they had a washing machine in the rooms, but once I got to know they have laundry services in the hotel, that was sorted out. I have to underline, very helpful reception staff members and Angela and Mirel which helped with all our requests on the way.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel — it was nice, clean, and very well maintained. A special thanks to Anxhela, who was incredibly helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. Her warm hospitality really stood out!
