It's been a very noisy stay, poor isolation of the building and rooms, windows not tight. Location is near to a discotheque and bars, very loud into the night. Streets very busy and traffic congestions unbearable. Rooms have been very small,

We loved that this hotel is run by its own owners. The receptionist (their son) was very kind and gave us a lot of useful information for our next destination: Athens. The breakfast buffet is served and supervised by the family themselves, making sure everything is perfect – clean, well organized, complete, and delicious. The room was comfortable and spotless, and the hotel is very well located. Without a doubt, highly recommended

Wonderful family-run hotel across the street from the beach, modern facilities, very clean and friendly, welcoming hosts who were keen to help and had great recommendations for local activities and restaurants. We loved our stay and would happily come again.

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. First the staff was simply amazing, we spent so much time talking to the staff and discussing so many things which made us feel so welcome. Amazing breakfast and the staff was so helpful in giving us recommendations etc. Easily accessible and walking distance from most things

From the first seconds we arrived we feeled very welcome by Luciano with a warm feeling. Service was great, the rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was delicious. Would recommend this place for anyone! Beach was 1 minute walk away from the hotel and plenty of restaurant close by.

Nothing, lovely stay

Luciana absolutely wonderful host, he was always smiling, chatting, laughing, you could ask him anything and he would tell you plus fantastic breakfast and a lovely place to have drinks in the evening.

Nothing it was exactly as described, very clean, basic but we knew it would be like Greece in terms of basic. The rooms were immaculate, beds comfortable, firm but we both like this style of mattress. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you all.

Luciano and his family were so kind and amazing. They really took care of me as.a solo traveler. Amazing view from my room and location is top-notched. Will stay here again whenever I visit Ksamil.

The family who run the hotel were superb. Luciano is amazing. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms clean with good air con and great shower.

Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms

Not sure where to start! The hospitality, location, room, cleanliness, friendliness, everything 10/10. We came a day before our booking and our hosts did all they could to help us secure a room elsewhere for the evening (thanks for saving our marriage! :-))They even helped with our bags as we had so many from a 4 week travel from the UK. We literally felt like family members, they made us feel so comfortable and cared for. Nothing too much to ask for and the best customer service, always a smile and friendly chat :) Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we’ll be back with our friends and family soon. Highly recommend!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they gave us great suggestions around the city, which led us to an amazing dinner and cocktails. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The hotel is new, secure, and in a great location close to everything. We also really enjoyed the generous and delicious breakfast.

Luciano and his family were lovely. When we first arrived we were in a very small room that had no space for 2 very large suitcases, however we were upgraded to a bigger room the next day, which was great.

Only negative was a couple of times at night the music was very loud from the nearby beach club

The hotel is in a brilliant location, close to some of the best quieter beaches in Ksamil. Luciano provided some brilliant recommendations of restaurants and bars, and both he and his family were very welcoming guests who took the time to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The room was a little noisy as it was close to the stairs, and a bit dated with some intermittent electrical issues but otherwise everything was done to make it a pleasant stay

The hotel was in an excellent location, very near to bars and restaurants and across the road from the beach. The room was very clean and great sea views. The family were very welcoming and we particularly found Luciana, the son so helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
