The property is beautiful and peaceful, with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The pool area and surrounding nature were a real highlight, and the breakfast was delicious with fresh, local options.

We had a lovely stay in the Mesopotam Agrotourism Resort. We were feeling really welcomed by the (well English) speaking lady. The breakfast was good and we were happy to have some fresh fruit and good cappuchino :) The cabins are simple but all we wished for. A great place to stay in our eyes

Great place to stay in an own Tiny House. Perfect location near to the Blue Eye. Nice Pool to relax. We had a good dinner and breakfast in the restaurant.

It was a new resort so some of the staff were a bit slow or confused about how to deal with guests.

Airconditioner was too cold for us even though we had a higher temperature. Still som construction was made as the resort is expanding . But we stayed 1 night and was not bothered at all

The place was not finished. Building work was still going on and there were some snagging issues in the room-en suite door only locked from outside, curtains kept coming off the rails. It would have been useful to have more storage for clothes. I think the place opened a little early.

It was an amazing place and extremely clean. The pool was quite big and beautiful, and the view of the surrounding hills and mountains was stunning. I would strongly suggest it to couples as well as families with kids. I loved it!

What I liked the most was the view and the food. The view was really peaceful, and the food was delicious. I ate a steak with some amazing appetizers, which were full of vegetables. I also loved how clean and cute our room was. Loved it!

OMG I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was perfect, I had a big delicious breakfast included, the room had an amazing view and the environment was so peaceful and relaxing. I also thought it was amazing that we had an included bike to use during our stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a peaceful holiday away from the noise and bustle of Saranda City.

We stayed for a week and the breakfast served (one plain omelette with albanian petulla) was the same every single day. A choice or some variety would have greatly improved the stay. Pool was very cold in May - fine for adults but less great for kids (I'd estimate around 20C). The swing set on site was used by our kids but we were very worried when they were on it - it was shaking perilously and didn't look well enough anchored to the ground to be safe. There was inconsistency with what was offered by the hotel for free and what needed to be paid for - some staff would give us bottles of water for free and top ups of coffee at breakfast, others were insistent that these were paid extra for. We had a problem on the first night with our restaurant bill - they initially gave us someone else's bill (double ours). When we queried it they immediately changed it to our bill, but then the prices for some things were more expensive than the menu and there was some aggravation over whether we would pay the more expensive prices. Eventually it was settled in our favour but it spoilt the experience a bit and made us reluctant to return, despite the serving staff apologising the next day. The superior chalet, which sleeps 4, is small and would be much better suited for 2, and there is only seating and space for two on the outside area, making it somewhat useless if there are four of you.

Location was good for beaches of ksamil and butrint (half an hour away), as well as the blue eye (15 mins away). Very clean room and other facilities. View from the pool was fantastic.

The resort has immense potential, but unfortunately the service is not to standard. We visited Mesopotam purposely to stay in this resort, and then were so disapointed as it did not meet expectations, nor seemed close to other people's experiences. At check in, we were charged more than it said on Booking. The difference converted to only a few Euros, so we didn't challenge this, but felt very unprofessional. We were given no information on check in. We paid, and were escorted to the chalet by one of the staff, who spoke no English. So then had to come back to ask for restaurant times, breakfast time, etc. The room was clean but had no toilet paper, no toiletries, no tea/coffee or cups (although it had a kettle), contrarily to what the reservation said. The pool seemed to be in working condition but there was a note that it was not in use. The breakfast on the 1st day was good but there were no options - everyone was served the same. On the 2nd day, we were told we had to pay for coffee; and we could not have any fruit. There was an argument between a member of staff and the owner, at which point the owner puts 200LEK down on our table because the staff would not accept it and was crying, and walks away. The staff later mentioned she had to pay from her pocket because other customers were charged for the coffee, and she felt bad they had to pay as they had not been informed, so she put the money down for them. On one of the nights, we came back to the resort to find the gate locked. We came back at 21h50, reception was supposed to be open until 23h00. No one answered the number we called. No one had informed us the gate would be closed. Eventually, we managed to open the gate ourselves to get in. The whole experience felt as if the owners are becoming greedy and taking advantage of the customers. We were looking for a peaceful stay out in the nature, and it could not have been farther to that. I do not recommend.

Nice resort, out in a little village, short drive to the Blue Eye. Cute wooden chalet rooms. One of the staff, Pratigya really stood out, she was friendly and acommodating, and tried to make us feel welcomed.
