The hotel is very clean and the pool is good. The breakfast is very good. The staff are amazing so friendly and helpful, we are definitely going back to stay. It’s close to the beach and restaurants.

The stairs, if you struggle book a room on the lower floors 😄

The property is great - we stayed in the family room and it was extremely well looked after, really clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was something special, I won’t spoil the surprise, but something to really look forward to! The pool was a wonderful facility and open late into the evening, perfect for recovering after a day out.

Nothing, everything was more then fine!

Lovely big and clean room. About 10 min walk max to the beach. Restaurants and shops 2 min walk away. Staff were really friendly. Got the bus for 150 Lek from Seranda to Ksamil (and vice versa), it stopped on the road just outside the hotel so would recommend.

Sometimes the sunbeds were full as there’s not enough for the amount of rooms, but usually got one easily

Was a lovely stay! The staff prepared a beautiful surprise for us. We had a beautiful view from our room and the pool was amazingg!!!! It’s not far from the center, around 10min walking, if you want a quiet and peaceful place, it’s perfect!

Everything was great, just some small details could be different for the proportion and price of the hotel. As a picky person I noticed some small details, e.g.: they don’t use napkins, just put a paper roll there, the mugs where from brands like KitKat, Twix, etc and don’t have a real structure for the breakfast. But again, nothing was a big problem 😅

Decent location a 5 min walk from town, 10-15mins walk to Ksamil island beach which was our favourite The receptionist was very friendly and laidback, facilities great and value for money was top. It also has a nice rooftop for sunset. Great bonus is the added breakfast!

Modern hotel in a quiet location. The room was of a good size with a comfortable bed. bed. The breakfast spread was delicious and the receptionist was most helpful.

Pool is not warm (so take into consideration when coming not in the peak of summer), it's also in the parking lot which is kind of hard to understand from the photos. Breakfast in mid-May is not what you see on the Google reviews, it's basic but overall nice. Note that in mid-May ksamil is not fully open and there not a lot of visitors

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Ksamil! The room was exactly as described on Booking -clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything in perfect order. The photos online truly reflected the reality, which was such a pleasant surprise. What really made this stay exceptional was the staff. Not only were they incredibly friendly and helpful, but they were also constantly cleaning the facility, ensuring everything was spotless and well-organized throughout our stay. On top of that, the breakfast each morning was a highlight, with different delicious options every day. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The combination of great accommodation, outstanding service, and a fantastic breakfast made for a perfect stay!

This property had an amazing location. You can walk to the beach and many restaurants. Free parking is available. The family who runs the property is very nice and friendly. They also serve breakfast every morning. The facility is clean and well kept.
