Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were excellent and so was the breakfast. A bit of a walk up the hill to get there, but worth it for the amazing sea views and quieter roads. Would definitely recommend :)

Would be nice to be able to order coffee for breakfast. There were also a lot of wasps on our balcony when we were having breakfast, which was slightly annoying but also not really the hotel’s problem. Good to note that the hotel is at the top of a steep hill. It’s fine to walk up if you’re younger and healthy or rent a car (we didn’t but we are in our early 30s and have no issue walking) but could be good to take into consideration.

We stayed here for 1 week and it was a perfect place to stay at in all ways. From before arrival Gledi and his staff took care of us with absolute perfection. He asked about our arrival time, and picked us up himself at the port even after our ferry was 1 hour delayed. The room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful, 2 etage room with exceptionally high windows and a panoramic view of the sea. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a perfect view from any hotel room before . Everything feels brand new and is super clean. The breakfast delivery to your room every morning was a plus also. Gledi also helped us order taxis to a rate that was much lower than the regular tourist rate during high season. All in all a top notch stay that feels more like a 5 star experience than a 3 star one.

I would prefer a bit more variety at breakfast, not always the same pastries 😉 The only thing I found a bit unfortunate was that we couldn’t keep our drinks cold in the room. There was a fridge, but it didn’t stay cold, as the power would shut off every time we left the room.

Everything, what was there not to like , from the friendly faces of the 2 beautiful ladies at the reception , who went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay and were always happy to help, with most of my needs, the hotel was nice and very clean, loved the breakfast as well.

I have been to many Hotels in my life but this was by far the best experience I ever had so far. They contacted me a day before, to check my arrival time and to make sure everything works perfectly as planned. My room was ready before the actual check in time and I could check in earlier. Gledis, the manager even offered to pick me up from the bus station. He told me everything I could do around Saranda and even provided links. The rooms are very clean and I had a beautiful view. Breakfast is served in the room. You choose what you want to have and at what time a day before - it will then be delivered at time. Staff are very nice and polite. Thank you for having us! Will definetly come again, when in Saranda!

The rooms are clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The breakfast is delicious, and the hotel staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. They even helped us resolve an issue caused by my own booking mistake, for which I’m especially grateful.While traveling through Albania, we will definitely be staying only here. I highly recommend this hotel and sincerely thank the owner and the entire team for our wonderful stay.

The staff were absolutely wonderful – always smiling and friendly :) From waking you up with a smile in the morning to warmly greeting you in the evening, they truly made us feel welcome. Our room – actually an apartment – had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and smelled lovely. The hotel is a bit farther from the beach, but since we went to Ksamil every day, that wasn’t a problem for us. You can drive down one street and then enjoy an evening walk in the town of Saranda. Breakfast was excellent – it’s served in your room at the time you choose, which is a great touch. The only (very minor) downside was that over time, the breakfast became a bit repetitive – but that’s just our personal impression. Overall, a solid 10 out of 10 from us!

Hospitality of the staff was exceptional, bringing you breakfast in the room at desired time. The choices are more then enough. Housekeeping is awesome, every day they clean and provide with new towels and bedlinnen. Even know to surprise you with flower petals on your bed. Honestly one of the cosiest places we stayed at in albania, super chill vibe, staff are great and so welcoming and accomodating, Gledi especially is a legend, soooo helpful! I love how they do the breakfast with minimal wasteage and bring it up to your room, enough parking, in a very good location, whether going to the promenade sarande, lekursi castle or downtown for the vibes and food. Would definately come back here!

Lovely modern boutique hotel, just a short walk to the seafront road and bars and restaurants. The host was very helpful sending loads of info via What’s App. Our room was on 2 levels with the bathroom and seating area downstairs and bed and TV upstairs. It was kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was brought to your room and you just picked the foods that you wanted from a list the day before; there was plenty to choose from.
