It’s quite far from the main promenade of Sarandë, it’s a 20 euro taxi ride or bus. We walked it was 50 mins which may be too far for some. However we knew when we booked it was further out, and we wanted this so it would be quieter

We stayed on recommendation of a colleague who had stayed. It had all the facilities and utilities you can want. Nespresso machine, toastie maker, microwave. Bathrobes and lovely own branded shampoo, body lotion etc. even a washing machine which came in very handy after staying in Ksamil the 3 days prior. Superb view of the sunset from the balcony. It’s nice and quiet. The most comfortable mattress. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Can’t fault the apartment.

Everything was great. Very clean and spacious and from big balcony sea view was nice too. The apartment owner Rimush was really really nice and helped us a lot!!!! He made us such an amazing stay, restaurant he recommended was so tasty, full of beautiful seafoods we enjoyed. Thank you very very much for looking after us. They were so welcoming and went above and beyond to make our vacation perfect, offering invaluable suggestions on where to go for the best food, the most beautiful beaches, and fun cruises. Wow — this ocean view apartment was absolutely amazing! Spotlessly clean with beautiful décor throughout, from the stylish kitchen to the cozy sofa, every detail was thoughtfully chosen. The location couldn’t be better: close enough to the vibrant Sarandë scene, yet peaceful. We loved having a fantastic beach, Mango Beach, just down the street, plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a supermarket right in front. Plus, having a dedicated parking spot made everything hassle-free. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the washing machine was super convenient, and the spacious deck was the perfect spot to enjoy meals while watching stunning sunsets. The apartment itself is roomy and the sofa incredibly comfortable. The owner and his wife were exceptionally kind and helpful. The building’s apartments are named after their son, adding a personal touch that made the stay feel even more special. The apartment was inviting and immaculately clean — truly a home away from home. A major bonus: you can pay by credit card and it has an elevator, which is rare in Albania. I loved, loved, loved my stay here and highly recommend it!

The host was always going an extra mile to help us with any questions. My family and I had a great time staying at Mateo's apartments in Saranda. This apartment had everything you needed - detergents, kitchen equipment, iron, hair dryer… The bed linen and towels were of the best quality. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, just a short walk from the Mango-beach and restaurants. Everything was exactly as described, and I felt right at home from the first moment. What truly made the stay special was the owner. He is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us great recommendations for local places to visit. You can really see that he cares about his guests and wants them to have the best experience possible.

We booked 4 apartments for a family holiday in May. Apartments were very new, clean and the top two had great views of the sea. All apartments had very effective air conditioning. The property is slightly out of town sort of 50 minutes walk but on the upside the area is peaceful. There are lots of restaurants in the area and if you have a car, it’s easy to get out of town and on the road. The owner offers free parking which in season is a massive bonus. The highlight is the owner Rinush. He is just so very helpful. His recommendations were fantastic. He went out of his way to make our stay special. Thank you.

It was an amazing apartment, it looked brand new. It had a huge sofa and really comfy bed. The shower had great water pressure and it was a really relaxing place to enjoy the evening after a day in the sun. Rinush really went out of his way to make our stay amazing, we stayed for our 1 year wedding anniversary and he put rose petals and candles in the room and even a bottle of wine too. He then offered to drive us to the port after we checked out. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

From the moment we booked, the owner, Rinush, messaged me directly to confirm our reservation and provide his direct telephone number for any questions. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed, plus more! The location was perfect, and the sea view from the balcony was picturesque. Rinush was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, making recommendations for places to go and things to do, as well as offering cost-saving advice and transfers to the port. His service was truly exceptional.

We had a fantastic short stay in this beautiful apartment and wish we could've stayed longer The apartment had all the amenities that we needed and we had great communication with the owner who went over and beyond to help us even offering us a lift to the port for our ferry back to corfu It was very close to Mango beach but a short taxi ride from the main promenade in sarande with loads of fabulous restaurants and bars When we left, the owner asked us if there was anything that needed changing or improving to the apartment and both my friend and I who have very high expectations were at a loss to think of anything If you stay in sarande, choose this place, you won't go wrong

One of the highlights was the breathtaking beach view—waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sunsets from the balcony was absolutely magical. Perfect place. We had an apartments on the 6 floor with huge terrace and sea view. Apartments are new and huge. There are no disadvantages.
