We really loved our room, it is very spacious and clean. The hotel is located on a short walking distance to the beach ,restaurants , pharmacy, bus stop and stores. Its very convenient . :-) we really enjoyed our stay and the staff were all friendly. Highly recommended.

We were told that if we ordered a second coffee at breakfast we would have to pay for it, which seemed a bit odd but I don't know if this is a common practice in Albania.

We loved the hotel - very clean, nicely decorated, nice ambiance music at the common areas. Staff was very friendly and kind. Breakfast was good too. The beach club they own is very nice and guests don't have to pay for the sunbeds (unless is one of those hammocks by the water that are being a hype all over Ksamil). Also, they offer free transfers to the beach club (We ended up going on our car so we didnt use it, but it's also walk-able).

Pool wasn’t usable - freezing cold not cleaned and not full size Room wasn’t very well designed - massive bed frame taking up all the room, no full length mirror, room service wasn’t done on 2 occasions. No towels were allowed to be used on the beach so we had to buy our own which was a little frustrating Usually hotels work on a deposit system which would have made sense.

We couldn't swim In the pool it was dirty and the pillows was too thick and hard, there wasn't much space for clothes and the staff couldn't even get us a taxi to our next destination

If your child is hyper like mine was BE CAREFUL as there is no security for the pool and it is very very deep. Nearly lost my son. So make sure they always swim with support. Even for adults it is very deep

My family and I loved the property. Very clean and cosy with this luxurious feel. Cool rooms with AC especially that it’s particularly hot in KSAMIL. The property is only a few miles away from the beach, shops and restaurants. There is a commission fee if you pay your hotel in LEK (local money). We didn’t know that and went back and forth to get the right amount paid due also to card issue. Better off pay it in EUR. The AC is set to automatic which was problematic sometimes. It says 17 degrees but it is more like 26 degrees.

Small thing but our bed frame was too big and low for the room so we tripped over it a lot.

Fantastic location - short walk to the beach areas and loads of food and drink options around. Nicely decorated and the outdoor pool was essential to cool down. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

As the hotel is new some small details could be considered to improve the overall experience of the stay: Hooks in room to hang towels Glasses for water Milk alternatives available at breakfast - for non diary tolerant people

Decor, pool, ambiance (when nice chilled music is being played) location is perfect, breakfast is great, staff are nice and the rooms are a good size and well looked after including a balcony.

My first time visiting Ksamil and they made me feel like home. I arrived very late at almost 3am due to my delayed flight but they waited for me and made sure I was comfortable settling in. The location is also very good close to the centre which made my stay easier since i was without a car. The rooms are very spacious with interesting designs. The pictures match the description of the photos .The breakfast was very delicious and the staff were amazing always willing to help. Don’t hesitate to book Foga Hebrus when visiting Ksamil.

Honestly, one of the worst experiences in my life! Never coming here again! What they show in fotos as not what is in real life. No sunbeds at the pool. We arrived and the receptionist (Luis) was very rude to us. My husband has reduced mobility and he can’t walk. He had to walk to the 2nd floor with crutches to the room, because they don’t have elevators. They wouldn’t refund the money because that is their policy! I was on a call with booking for 15 minutes and they didn’t give me any solution too. The hotel refused to refund the money! So we were forced to stay there all week. Half board means that for dinner they bring us to the beach restaurant in a dirty car and You need to eat every day the same thing. There were 5 menus in total to choose from and we had to choose 1 menu between two. We couldn’t take each one of us a different menu. Few days we even went out to eat something and the lids didn’t like almost anything from the menu. Breakfast was very poor. And you even need to pay for coffee! In any country coffee is included in the breakfast! My kids couldn’t eat anything. We had to go find another place outside the hotel to have breakfast! We paid 2300€ for 8 nights. It is suppose to be a 4* hotel! There is no proper entrance, no sunbeds at the pool. Service is bad. And the hotel itself is located somewhere where around is construction sites. So you can imagine the view. At the reception guy said, “You can leave if you want, but the money we won’t refund”. This is not how you treat customers that paid a lot of money! I am surprised this place is still on booking. DON’T COME TO THIS HOTEL! It’s a scam! And we are not the only ones thinking this. Other guests we spoke to also say the same!

Include breakfast but not coffee !!! 3 euros for a coffee First night they gave me a smaller room offered in my booking , with improvised bed inside , when I went to claim they said not room available , I had to sleep in that room the first night to wait for the correct one ! Very disappointing experience from the service to facilities. We got a text the day we were supposed to be arriving at the Hotel Foga Hebrus to say our room had ‘pluming issues’ and we had to stay in Hotel Foga Aous for one night, with compensation of free access to a private beach club. We called the hotel as given we were only in Ksamil for four nights, this was quite an inconvenience and the sister hotel offered wasn’t as nice as the one we booked in the slightest. We spoke to Lewis (at Hotel Foga Hebrus) about how unhappy we were and were told he couldn’t offer anything else, there were no other available rooms in the hotel and that if we weren’t happy to cancel the booking and find somewhere else - not ideal during peak season. So we arrived at Hotel Foga Aous to a very small, basic hotel room - nothing like the one we booked. It didn’t even have a blanket/ duvet for the bed - just a sheet. The next day we moved to Hotel Foga Hebrus but when we arrived we were taken to a room which wasn’t the one we picked. We’d spent a lot of time selecting the right hotel and room for our trip and were told that someone else was already in the room we booked as they offered us an upgrade - which was generous but the two rooms they offered didn’t feel like an upgrade, just different. When we settled on a room, we discovered a pink lacy thong from whoever had stayed their last, which was disgusting. We later discovered that the mattress had a large dip in one side (perhaps a spring had gone) resulting in bad night sleep for one of us every day. The lamps by the beds didn’t work, the wardrobe door didn’t open fully because of the hot tub, and there were quite a few hairs so it was clear the room wasn’t cleaned properly. Not to mention, the ‘free’ breakfast didn’t include coffee. Nice hotel but they need to fix these issues.
