When we arrived at 2:30pm, they gave us the keys just for us to go upstairs and find our rooms not ready (not cleaned after the last residents) - no apologies or anything just “It will be ready in 30-40min”. After that, one of the rooms was missing pillows which I had to go ask for from the reception. No shower curtain

The room is too basic and the bathroom even more. We felt like we were in a public bathroom and the shower is open so you just water the whole bathroom. You don't have space to put your stuff too, we had to put everything on the floor. They don't have pool towels, not even for renting. That is a very negative point in our opinion. The sunbeds at the beach are paid.

The location is very calm though very relaxing, far from confusion (and far from Vlore). Only some restaurants and mini markets in the area. The beach in front of the hotel is so nice, the warmest water we have found in Albania. 1min walking from the hotel to the beach. The swimming pool is shared with other hotels but we never found it too crowded. This water temperature is just amazing (we think it might be heated?). The room was very clean. Breakfast was ok.

The bathroom flooded when we used the shower and then drained very slowly and you ended up standing in soapy shower water after you finished your shower. My husband decided to clear the shower drain which was completely blocked and it was fine after that but it was months of soap scum that he cleared so cleaning that drain ought to be part of the cleaning routine. The balcony was small and had two A/C condensers blowing hot air onto it making it unusable when the A/C in our room and our next door neighbours room was running - which given the temperatures when we were there was pretty much all the time. The hotel was fitted with a smoke detector system however all smoke heads were covered with plastic covers rendering them useless. Perhaps the system was not operational.

The staff team were amazing and could not do more to help answer queries and ensure that we were well looked after. The rooms were small but comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room so you need to put away anything you don’t want to get wet! Good shower and water was always hot. A/C worked well. Breakfast was buffet style with a good range of options. We didn’t use the pool as the sea was opposite the hotel but it looked well laid out with plenty of sun beds. There were several bars and restaurants within a short walking distance of the hotel plus a well-stocked small supermarket. Parking was available.

What was a bit complicated was the fact that the hotel was a bit far from Vlora (about 25 min by car). We didn't have a car, so that didn't help.

The staff was very very kind. We had an emergency and had to leave a day before our original departure date, and they were very understanding and helpful. Special mention to Orkan (sorry if the name isn’t written correctly) who was a great help. Breakfast was complete and very good. The room was very clean and the pool large and pleasant. It was a really pleasant stay.

The boy who was there during the night- we had 2 questions (1 about breakfast and the other one about bus) for him and he replied to both “i dont know”, but didnt offer to research or help, a bit weird for a receptionist.

The woman who greeted us was super nice and welcoming, we even checked in earlier, and she helped with some information about bus and so on. The pool is amazing, the best I have seen in Corfu.

Close to the beach and some restaurants, market with esential products is in the same building. Swiming pool was great although the inside of it was not very good design, steps had sharp edges, and the cleanliness was doubtful: it felt slimy when you touched the wall.

We had a really lovely stay! The view from our room was amazing – we could have sat there for hours just looking out and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Breakfast was super tasty with lots of choices, which was a nice surprise. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The bed was comfortable and just the right firmness for our taste, which made a big difference after long days out. The whole place is calm and quiet – just perfect for a peaceful family break. We'd definitely love to come back!

Nice pool, people service and kvalite of room and other things

The shower has no curtain or door so even with care, the water was everywhere on the floor. It seems the building is split in half and each has different hotel it was a bit hard to find the proper entrance. The room was quite small with view on the other side of the building. Parking is not ideal, you either park by hotel in quite a narrow street or across a busy road. The sea didn't look nice, quite a lot of sea weed in end of June.

The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. Nice breakfast included in the price, directly in the hotel loby. Superb swimming pool - the main thing my 3yr daughter remembers from our Albanian vacation :) The pool seems to be shared by multiple hotels where one is still in construction so there were only few people in the pool.
