The road to the hotel is adventurous, we were sweating a little bit with our rental car due to the 'off road' conditions. But it's worth it!

The owners are very friendly, breakfast and dinner in the restaurant is really good! It's quiet, comfortable and with a beautiful view. The beach close to the hotel is also great, we can highly recommend a stay..

Very nice location. The hotel has an amazing view on Lukova Beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We took breakfast and also dinner on their restaurant, both very delicious. Comfy bed and very nice bathroom. Definitely I recommend this place and I would like to come back in the future.

Such a beautiful stay we had at Lumra Rooms!!! The ideal escape for those looking for an intimate, homey and relaxing stay away from the crowd. Despite the pathway which is indeed a bit rough to drive through, the place that awaits you is an actual paradise. Don’t let this discourage you! -The road to the property requires good driving skills- we saw two cars scrape each other as its narrow in parts - the air con in the rooms didn’t seem to kick in until the middle of the night - was not very clear on booking.com that only cash payments are accepted but the owners helped us with a bank transfer

-Stunning location & beach at the bottom of the hill -The most charming garden with beautiful flowers and fruit trees -The best meal I had in Albania - lovely evening dinner menu (the cheesecake was to die for!) -Lovely helpful family who run the business

Everything at this place is absolutely wonderful! From the rooms and the exceptional view, to the highlight of them all, the amazing family that owns the place! I think that without a car it is very difficult to get anywhere from the hotel. Only the beach is accessible. And also, when it is plus 42, it is difficult to climb this road even for a healthy person. The road leading to the hotel is dusty and difficult.

In principle, we liked everything, many impressions. The family that owns this hotel tried very hard to make everything beautiful and good. Everything that depends on them, they do well. They cook delicious food, everything is clean and tidy. Overall, it's a pretty decent place for adventure seekers. The hotel has a wonderful view and relaxing atmosphere.

We liked everything.

Beautiful view, comfortable room and very welcoming hosts. Mom dad and daughter run this beautiful place. Beautiful view from the balcony. Walk to the beach is about 15 minutes downhill where there is a nice restaurant by the beach run by great people. My nephew scraped his knee on the way down the hill, the young men at the restaurant saw and immediately medicated him without us even mentioning anything. If you have elderly with you, it will be a hard walk up the hill. Our mom stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the view and chatted with the parents of Marush instead. We will come back.

The room could use a piece of art to give it a little more character.

The view is incredible. The food was great. The hosts are wonderful. Short walk to the beach, or you can drive down and pay for parking. The locale beach is a secluded campground with a small restaurant.

I can't say enough about how great our stay was! First, the food is excellent - the lemon curd cheesecake is the best cheesecake I've ever eaten, but really all of the food we had was fantastic. The views over the sea are breathtaking, and the little garden is very comfortable for relaxing after a day at the beach. The beach is an easy walk down the hill, though a bit more challenging on the way back up :) The hosts were so incredibly kind. We were staying while there were wildfires in the area, and our hosts made sure that we felt safe and were updated on the status the entire time. Thankfully, there wasn't any damage to the guesthouse or any of the houses in the area. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and overall lovely time.

There's absolutely nothing to criticise in this beautiful place.

We liked everything! Our stay was simply perfect. This place is run by Marusho, her father Shpetim and her mom Valentina. Marusho took care of us and was very welcoming and helpful (especially with my wife not feeling good). Together with Valentina ghey prepare exquisite dishes for the guests and Shpetim makes sure the beatiful garden functions like an oasis. The rooms are spacy and modern with stunning views on all sides. The beach is just a 15 minutes stroll away and it's not very crowded. When the tide is low, you can walk for miles along the shore. My wife was not feeling well and the family was very helpful and flexible. Parking is available on site. This is a place we would definitely to return to.

This place fulfilled all our expectations! Located in the peaceful and non touristy area, but walking distance to the beach was exactly what we were after. We were unusually needy and staff responded to all our requests with the smile and generosity. You also need to try their cheesecake!

nothing all perfect

I have travelled a lot and I can honestly say this probably is the best view from my balcony I have ever had. It is an amazing beautiful view. Lumra rooms is run by a very kind and friendly family. They are so helpful and communication before and during my stay was excellent. They answered all questions promptly. The room are immaculately clean and furnished to a very high standard. The bed is really comfortable and the air con works great. The food in the restaurant is really good and I ate there each night and had breakfast which was lovely. The area is so quiet and all you can hear is the sound of nature. The garden is beautiful so well kept and very relaxing to have a drink and enjoy the view. The beach is a 10/15 minute walk away and is a very nice beach. Bed and umbrellas are there but they dont cover the entire beach which makes it feel less busy. They are a good price and I paid 500lek for bed and umbrella for entire day. There is also a restaurant to buy food and drink. The water is crystal clear and beautiful. It is well documented that the road to Lumra rooms is not the best but I managed it fine on a scooter and I am 62 years old!! So a car would be bumpy but fine, just take your time. Lumra rooms is worth it and I can highly recommend for a very peaceful stay with lovely people.

The only downside was that the WiFi worked best on the terrace and was a bit weak inside the room.

Our stay at Lumra was amazing! The location is great – just a 15-minute walk to a quiet, rocky beach. The room was very clean with an amazing view, the bed was comfortable and the breakfasts and dinners were delicious. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. Free parking was also a big plus. Road to Lumra rooms is the only bad thing.

Everything is perfect. View is amazing. People there very kind, and the food they make is delicious. You forget 15 min walk when you get to the beach with crystal light blue water. Really impressed, because they cleaned rooms every day and give you new towels. Thank you guys for relaxing&chill vacation :)

There is a 5-8 min very bad road at the villa. If you have a low car ask before booking.

One of the best guest houses I can imagine in Albania with a dream remote location and a spectacular view over the sea. The room was super comfortable and the food was delicious. The family running the guest house was so kind and friendly and really made me feel at home, the dad even drove me to the village to take the minibus to my next location 😁 The beach 10 walking minutes away was very relaxed and not as touristy as other beaches in the area. Absolutely recommendable!

The road taking you to the villa and to the beach is a bit difficult. It needs experienced drivers or 4x4 vehicles. With small cars, you can go to the villa by car and then go to the beach walking. Because the road has sand and in some places the sand is deep and the car might stuck.

Pretty much everything, the apartment was in a beautiful and well maintained villa, surrounded by flowers everywhere. The sea view was very unique! The hosts were very polite and accommodating. There you can eat breakfast and dinner if you like, the food is delicious! 15 minutes walking down from the villa, you find a beach, we liked it very much, a bit intimate and very little touched by human hand.
