For some reason we had lots of mosquitos in the room (for 2 nights stay we killed more than 12). There wasn't warm water during the evenings. Lady working on the reception doesn't know English.

We didn't have towels in the room for hands or face ose after shower, NO TOWEL at all 🥺 and they said that if we want towels they could rent for 3€/piece. Anyway, the recepsion girl brought 1 for "free" . Also, around the property was a terrible smell sometimes , maybe a problem with tubes i couldn't tell, just it was disgusting 🤢

Property looked like a big villa, and it was far from the crowded area. It was clean, comfortable beds, a small balcony but it was okay for a smoke or to dry beach wears. It had a small fridge, a new and good working air conditioner. Good wifi connection. And also 2 glasses + 2 plates + knife and spoon just in case you would need them. Also free parking. We paid 66€ for 2 nights and i think it was good value, would go again for the same price.

Don't have courtine in the bathroom box, that can lead to a better experience. If they gave us more information about the area it would be good, because it's really complicated to get information in Shengjin for foreigners.

The room was clean, the hotel very recent. But also a little basic. We understood that some clients come with their own stuff to use,but we went by plane. On the whole a good place near the beach and the promenade. The host was very kind and friendly.

I didn’t like that it’s too basic. In the room there’s barely any spot to put the stuff on (nightstand for example). In the bathroom there’s literally no shelf or anything, I needed to put my stuff on a closed toilet seat. There’s no hand soap, no shower gel, no towels. There’s a kitchen but first of all the dishes were not very clean and you don’t have even the sponge or the dish soap to wash them.

The location was kinda good and there’s a lot of space in the room. And the staff is very nice.

There were no hygiene items in the rooms. Like shampoo, hand soap. But the hotel owner was very helpful, we asked for shampoo and he gave us shampoo.

No aircondition may be a problem in the summer, but there is a ventilator. For just a short stay, the equipment is fine.

For the price really good place to stay when in the area. There is a small balcony on the room and you can reach the beach by foot.

WiFi had bad signal in room 308 all the time, tested with everyone in the room.

Everything else was good, starting from hosts which were very friendly and they were trying to help with Everything we asked for.

I would mention only details: we didn't have dish detergent, sponge, wipes/towels, ladle etc. in the kitchen. Apparently maybe for this reason some cutlery was dirty. + You need to bring your own towels and toilet paper.

The accommodation was very clean and modern, the hosts are very lovely people :) We enjoyed our short stay.

The bathroom was a bit basic - not a single shelf or place to put things, no shower curtain. Also the kitchen is not well equiped if you intend to to really cook there, and no coffee machine or mocha, not even paper kitchen towels.

Very nice and comfortable apartments outside the main seafront in Shengjin, but onlly 5-10 minutes walk from the sea front, and with shops and restaurants nearby. Also execllent for an escape to the much nicer beach of Rana e Hedhun, 15 minutes down the road. The owners are very friendly and helpful - ask them for directions to Rana e Hedhun. Bath towels are not officially included, but they gave us two when we asked. Big private carpark as well.

I was disappointed by the absence of a conditioner, as only a fan was available that didn't provide much relief.

I appreciated the cleanliness, its convenient proximity to the city, and the presence of excellent seafood restaurants nearby the hotel.

Irina and her friend at the reception are very nice, they can give good advice on where to eat and where to find less crowded beach. The apartment is 5 minutes walk to the centre. Windows protected against mosquitos, good wi-fi .
