We liked everything about this hotel…. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Lula in Albania! The location couldn't be better — the beach is literally right in front of the hotel, and it's just a short walk to all the best restaurants and cafes in the area. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and very well looked after. Every morning started with a delicious and generous breakfast, was served from scratch and by a very good cook, and the overall atmosphere was so welcoming. The staff were all wonderful, especially the young guy at reception (wish we could remember his name!) — he was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. A special thank you to Preto, the owner, who is one of the kindest and most genuine people we've met. He made us feel right at home from day one. We truly loved everything about our time at Hotel Lula and can't wait to come back. Highly recommended! Definitely deserves 5*s (We were the little family of 3) who took the selfies at the end of our stay 🥰

Don’t have anything negative to say would have liked fresh orange juice at breakfast instead of juice drink but not a big deal. If I was to book again I’d pay the extra for a sea view, the balconies on the front look bigger also than our room which was on the side of the building.

Nice small hotel in a good location next to the beach plenty of other beaches nearby to explore within walking distance. Close to town for shops and restaurants. No lift in hotel which was fine for us but could be an issue for some. Rooms are new and clean plenty of storage for clothes big shower, rooms cleaned daily to a good standard. Breakfast it waitress service which was a nice change to buffet which is what most places do but you get more than enough food. Overall lovely stay spent 8 nights and very happy with time there in Ksamil,

I loved my stay at lula hotel for my last minute holiday. The room was very big, comfortable and extremely clean. Everyone working there was super friendly and always keen to help me. The owner Stella is an amazing lady who cooks all the food. I had the best greek salad ever!! I would definitely come back and I highly recommend. 🩷🩷🩷

The view is so nice from our room. The breakfast was plenty! The location is just awesome. It’s close to everything. Comparing to other hotels, you get much more than what you pay for. We also forgot something in the room and they delivered to our new hotel super fast and free of charge. Service is top!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was tasty, and the staff were very friendly and always ready to help. They exchanged money for us and even arranged a taxi to the Saranda port at 3 AM. The room, although small, was very cozy and comfortable. The location is also great — a supermarket is just 1 minute away, the beach is about 3 minutes on foot, and the town center is around a 15-minute walk. Everything was clean, organized, and handled professionally. Highly recommended!

Absolutely no negative moments, and even if there were some, the warmth, kindness, and responsiveness of the staff would not have given them any chance to influence our vacation.

Everything was great, we had a great time in a great place, in a great country with great, kind, helpful, hospitable people. I am grateful to the staff for such a great and warm welcome, for helping us in various ways. I have only positive impressions. Thank you very much for such a great holiday! Everything.. This is our 2nd time at Lula. We love the staff, the rooms, the location. It feels like family now. The rooms are renovated, they are spacious, modern and most importantly clean. Cleaning ladies are working so hard every day to make sure rooms are as clean as a house. This is the biggest plus in my opinion. Another thing is the food. The breakfast is more than enough and fresh. You can also dine in, which is also delicious option. The owner is truly a trustworthy person. We will definitely come back next year! The staff were super friendly and helpful, including both the front desk, restaurant, and the person who managed the beds on the beach. The breakfast was very good and the Caesar salad we had for lunch one day was one of the best I've ever had. The hotel is only a couple minute walk from the beach and town, but is much quieter than the other hotels nearby which helps for getting sleep at night. Would 100% stay here again when we come back to ksamil.

We had a lovely stay at Lula. Fabulous view of Paradise beach from our balcony, lovely clean rooms and fabulous staff! A special mention of Yorgi who went out of his way to help us, lugging huge suitcases, booking taxis and giving advice on where to go/what to do. The Boss/owner was lovely too. The breakfast was fantastic. Eggs cooked fresh and sweet treats too. A real feast! Set us up for the day. We stayed 3 nights but would happily stay much longer! Thank you!

On arrival, we were told that a guest had been hospitalised and therefore could not move out of his room as expected. We were taken to a nearby hotel for our first night and given free sunbeds on the beach that day. The next day we were collected from the other hotel and had breakfast at Hotel Luna and checked in to our room once it was ready. I have deducted one point to reflect our inconvenience, and in fairness to other equally good hotels on our 6 weeks in the Balkans where we had no such disappointment.

Location is excellent, a minute or two to walk to Paradise beach and other smaller beaches a few minutes further. We found Stone Coast beach, (just beyond Blue Diamond beach) was delightful, with clearer sea and pebbles, sunbeds for €10 and a beach bar/restaurant. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast is in the hotel restaurant, a raised open sided dining area in front of the hotel. Options are good and the waiter is lovely. Hotel is very clean with everything you need in the room and serviced daily.
