The only downside was the room cleaning, which was not at the level we expected, and that was a pity given how special the place is otherwise.

The location and facilities of this hotel are wonderful — it’s such a peaceful place, and having deer roaming around makes it a truly unique and must-do experience. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of options to choose from.

One of the most special places for travelers in the area who want a bit of peace away from the beaches. A magical spot with deer roaming freely, coming right up to you to eat. A relaxing pool, ping pong, billiards, and mini-golf. A wonderful experience for children. Highly recommended.

My husband wanted to have a swim in the indoor pool, but was concerned about slipping on the surface surrounding it. Making this surface non-slip would benefit everyone.

The location was exceptional and the rooms, facilities, wildlife etc were also excellent. The meal that we had in the restaurant was superb.

It looks like a luxury resort, but many things are old and require fixing. We stayed in bungalow with old bathroom with there was a bad smell there. Sauna heating took 1,5 hours and a shower didn’t work. Yes, there are billiards and table tennis tables, but both are party broken. If those issues would be repaired, this resort would collect 10s only

We were very surprised to discover such a beautiful place in the middle of the llogara pass. The deers are nice, the have a lot of free entertainment inside the hotel; table tennis, billiards, pool, minigolf. Really incredible place for the price.

Very relaxing and peaceful place! The villa was clean and surrounded by beautiful nature. We loved seeing the deer walking around and even got to feed them. A great spot to enjoy fresh air and relax for a few days.

A little up-scale restaurant, but there are several others nearby.

Great place to stay, a little apart from the touristic zones, also situated in a natural reservation in the mountain, But a short car riđe of the coast, so it is fresh to sleep in the summer. Ideal for escapades to the beach & get back & sleep without AC. Pool is great, & the deers give them a fantastic touch if travelling with children.

Very nice place both in winter and in summer. The hotel is in the middle of nature and has all the facilities. 15 min from the beach of Dhermi. There is an indoor pool. You can also take walks in the forest. Deliciou food.

The security guy , one of them is very rude. We had to wait 30 minutes for a car to come in order for him to open the door, otherwise we couldn’t go out. Even when we came back at 22.30 he said go inside and dont go out anymore as I won’t open the door. Strange…

Would have liked a kettle and some cups so could have a cup of coffee on the balcony at night. Some might find the cabin bedrooms small. I didn't mind.

Intersting and different type of place to stay. Beautiful location. The deer were peaceful and lovely to watch. Swimming pool was lovely. Leisure area was super fun. Walks were great.

The pillows were very hard. The whole place is starting to get a bit shabby and could do with a bit of refurbishment.

The staff were very helpful. It was great to have all the other in-house entertainment options for when the weather wasn't great - swimming pool, sauna, ping pong, table football, pool table, crazy golf. We used all of them during our stay.

In the bungalow we paid 100 euros for, I would have at least expected to see 1 liter of drinking water. Other than that, it’s a clean and nice hotel.

We appreciated the effort being made to refresh the space, as we noticed some redecoration underway. That said, a few areas of the décor did feel a bit tired, so it’s great to see improvements already in progress. Breakfast was a little underwhelming. We visited during the off-season when things were understandably quiet, and we feel that offering breakfast à la carte rather than as a buffet could be a better fit. It might reduce food waste and allow for a more personalized experience. It was also great to have a fridge in the cabin—it’s always helpful when travelling. To make things even more comfortable, it would be nice to have a kettle as well, along with at least a couple of cups and plates so guests can make a cup of tea or enjoy a light snack. Lastly, while we appreciated that gluten-free bread was available on request, the overall selection of gluten-free options was quite limited. A few more clearly labelled choices would really help guests with dietary needs feel more catered for.

Quiet. Loved deers wondering around, swifts and turtles. The swimming pool and sauna are amazing. A few lovely hikes starting nearby. The restaurant was very good. The game room was great too. We enjoyed our stay in the cabin. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful.
