Excellent central location. Minutes from local bus transport Spacious modernised room with lovely views of castle Room very clean. Bed and linens comfortable. Wifi good Breakfast very limited if you are vegan. Suggest have some fresh fruit available. That would have been brilliant. The only downside was the air conditioning which was ineffective in cooling the room. The staff were very helpful and made sure it was working but the room still never cooled down.

The only poor aspect was the lack of a working credit card machine when we left so we had to pay in cash.

The room was nice, spacious, and comfortable. There was an underground parking facility, which was nice given the lack of street parking in the area. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful upon our arrival. Location was also good as it was situated close to the river, good dining and shopping options, and the local tourist sites.

The location was really central and easy to reach many shops/cafes/restaurants. The Reception was really friendly and helpfull for any requests we had. Especially Xhuliana was really kind and professional that she even walked us to the breakfast area and explain everything. The hotel room was very neat,clean and comfortabel. Me and my boyfriend will definitely visit again! :)

The room was a bit warm when I got there so I tried turning on the AC and lowering the temperature for the night. However, the AC system was some sort of distributed system (no separate unit in the room, only a duct near the ceiling) that was set for heating so the room didn't cool down. The room itself had buttons only for turning the AC on/off and the temperature set point. Wasn't a big deal, but the only down side I could think of.

Great Hotel. The staff was very accommodating and kind right from the get go. Allowed me to store my bicycle safely in the conference room behind a locked door. The room was excellent all around: modern, spacious, not worn down or anything. WiFi worked well, Shower had lots of hot water. Breakfast was also Solid. You order what you want from the downstairs restaurant. The staff didn't speak English, but the Hotel Receptionist worked as a translator. The Coffee especially was excellent!

Room and Hotel are a bit outdated but very comfortable and clean.

Although Hotel is in central Lezhe, there is on-site secured parking. Temporarily park at the front and go into Reception where they will send a member of staff to park the car for you. Breakfast is good, receptionist speaks good English and all staff are very helpful and kind.
