Great location, lovely place with authentic vibe. We all loved the pool, with straight access from the room. Water was clean and warm. Helpful staff. Easy access to town and beaches.. Good breakfast.

Limni resort is an oasis in the heart of Ksmail. A few minutes walk to the shops,restaurants and beaches it could be an hour away in the mountains. Peter and his family were exceptional hosts. We felt like we were in a relaxed little cocoon. The goats kept everyone entertained with their antics. We had a lovely two bedroom with a spacious balcony . The breakfasts were different every morning of our stay and we had 8 of them! Also had dinner here which was very very good. The pool is lovely and always room for sunbeds. Highly recommend for a small family run excellent hotel experience.

This hotel is a hidden gem.Location is perfect with 5 to 10min walk to everything. The pool is amazing!the room was big and clean with very comfy bed. Staff were fantastic and couldn't be more helpful or friendly. We loved watching the goats too

We loved our stay at this boutique style hotel ,so much so we booked another day. It had stunning views of the hills and lake. The pool area was beautiful and had sunshine all day. We had it all to ourselves when here in May. It was a lovely quiet area away from the crowds bur walking distant to everything. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and large and breakfast was different everyday and freshly cooked . Everywhere is kept very clean and tidy.

Just somethings that they could improve on, to make the stay more comfortable. There wasn't any storage or shelves to put clothes on, ie t shirts, underwear etc. We had to leave them in our suitcases. The bottom bedsheets need to be a bit bigger, as every time you turned over, the sheets came away from the mattress. Which made it a restless nights sleep. These are only recommendations, not a slight on the property. As the place was lovely.

The hotel, staff and facilities were friendly and helpful. It was situated in a lovely spot with gorgeous views. Only a 5 min walk to shop/restaurants.

Everything was perfect. Peter is such a wonderful host. He was very helpful and made us feel like home. The room was nice and spacious. The views from the hotel were amazing. You could see the turquoise water of the lake at the back from the bar/swimming pool area. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was great, very spacious, clean, comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, great choice for the children (age 5 and 2) 15mins walk to the beach so perfect location, and quiet. The pool was clean and it was nice to have a small pool for the children. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Off road parking too. Highly recommend.

What’s not to like here. I can’t recommend it enough. It was my wife and I and our 2 year old daughter. We only stayed 3nights but wish we did more. The pool and surroundings are very beautiful and relaxing. The family that own and run it, Mum, Dad and son are very welcoming and hospitable. The cocktails are great and you must try the dinner here. A good breakfast that varies each day. Very filling! Will be recommending this Villa/resort to many people, was just a delight to stay here. (Rooms/apartments are fantastic size too)

The room could have done with some bedside lamps so you could have the main light off and some dimmer lighting at night if wanted.

The hosts were welcoming and friendly, the rooms comfortable, spacious and clean, the food was delicious with a different breakfast every day. I particularly liked that they make good use of available local produce. The pool was beautiful and very refreshing on hot days.

Everything was perfect.

I could not have found nor wished for a better accommodation - friendly and helpful staff, tasty and (really!) homemade breakfast, comfortable and clean room, amazing swimming pool... and all that, merely 10 min away from the beach and nightlife of Ksamil. I could not recommend this place strongly enough.

Clean towels were provided every other day but room was cleaned during our stay - I am sure if you asked they would happily oblige however as service was great.

A lovely 6 night stay at Limni, big apartment with mini fridge, air con and balcony with seating. We wanted to be able to walk everywhere and Limni is situated a 10 minute walk from beaches and towns. Petro works 24/7 and was helpful in directing us to beaches and eateries, arranging a taxi for a beach further afield, and even dropped us at the port for our ferry! We didn't eat an evening meal at the accommodation but had bed and breakfast - plentiful and fresh with lots of coffee and juice. Sitting round the pool was also lovely, lots of loungers, clean and beautiful views out to mountains. Would recommend to anyone staying in Ksamil who wants to be centrally located but not in the thick of town!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the room was great and the staff were really friendly and we walked straight out onto the pool! The breakfasts were really good too!

Fantastic property. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool area and bar were very nice. Set slightly back from the main area so nice and quiet but close enough to walk to everything easily. Staff were friendly and fantastic (sorry Leo we got you out of bed to serve us at the bar).
