The massage was really basic and borderline bad. The staff suggested a car rental service who at the time of returning the car tried to scam me for more money. The staff was shocked and promised to not partner with them again but it left a bad taste in the mouth. Staff was apologetic and offered to help resolve the issue but having faced such issues in multiple countries it wasn't something I couldn't manage. Property related matters were really good

The staff was fantastic. The spa was decent and clean. The food was really nice. The bar and restaurant area had a fantastic vibe. The room was massive and the garden view made waking up really beautiful. The bathrooms were clean and spacious as well. Loved the steam room. Sauna and pool. The breakfast was amazing. Staff took ownership of their work. Always good to see people taking pride in their work.

Lovely place to stay in great town. The staff are so friendly and the way the hotel is decorated is gorgeous. We had a wonderful time and I adored waking up with a view of the mountains. The room was calm and yet the bar was throbbing. Spa massage fabulous.

This was our third year staying at the Life Gallery Hotel in Korça, Albania, and once again we were absolutely delighted. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the bar area in the evenings—it had a lovely ambiance at night. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a great variety of delicious, freshly prepared food, and the quality definitely matches the price. Everything was very clean and well-organized, and the staff was always helpful. We did notice two minor issues: there was a bit of humidity in room 4, likely because the shower is close to the sleeping area, and the room was a bit dark. However, these were just small inconveniences. A special thanks to the manager who resolved a small issue we had during our stay quickly and easily. Overall, it was a wonderful stay once again, and I’ll definitely remain a loyal guest in the future.

The a/c is not totally adequate, it seems older in comparison to the standard of the hotel .

The colors, moods, shadows, smelled good, the overall vibe was zen and chill. The staff was outstanding ! Every one !! We had a really wonderful time chatting with them and they all went above and beyond to make you feel welcome . The property is beautiful !!

Central location in the heart of the city. AMAZING breakfast. Great bar and restaurant. View from balcony was great. Bed was fairly comfortable. Rooms were big and clean. Gym was functional. Pool and spa were awesome.

Our only drawback was sparking up conversation about jewellery history with a waiter who for some reason didn't seem to like us much after this, despite this starting by us complimenting his ring. Unsure what we did wrong but we were left with poor service following this, despite being the only 2 people in the restaurant.

Every aspect of our stay was perfect. The hotel is exquisitely decorated and styled, with all the amenities you could desire. What really made our stay excellent were the staff. Particularly Eric and George. Thanks to everyone else too!

A very minor point that while the hotel draws inspiration from around the world, it would be great to see some local brands supported as well, such as the water provided being from Albania rather than Italy.

We found this hotel after reading the Conde Nast Traveller guide to Albania and it was the best hotel we stayed in during our three week trip. The design of the hotel is exceptional and the staff are so kind. The breakfast and spa facilities are also exceptional, as well as the room itself. Would recommend staying here for more than one night to completely unwind and recharge.
