The breakfast is okay, though the options are somewhat limited. My daughter wanted crunchy muesli, but unfortunately, they didn’t have it.

Hotel LIBERTAS is conveniently located near the Vlore bus station, making it a great choice if you’re planning to take public transport to another city like Saranda. The rooms are clean, and the air conditioning works well. The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any information or assistance you may need.

located in the historical area ( expect pedestrian area) and with construction works , arriving for the first time by car the hotel is very difficult to reach (and navigator might confuse as viable a narrow unpaved dead end road )... the private bathroom is outdated the mattress is deformed

the hotel experience is ok , The main receptionist is well educated and professional and knows the surrounding area very well . the rooms are clean and silent parking is available in the historical district (seafront is walking distance but 30 minutes away) pro tip : bus stop next to the mosque takes you to the sea front for 40 c. payable directly on board

Bathroom needs a renovation. Towels were dirty. But the most horrible was breakfast… I thought we will have a choice, but there were only croissants and water. No coffee, no vegetables, we saw some bread but nothing else. That was not what I expected after reading positive reviews. Better go eat in the nearest cafe.

Great location very close to the old town, just one minute walk. It was quiet and calm. Bed was big and comfortable. Parking is on the street (free) but we had no problem with finding parking place.

The hotel is perfectly situated close to the city center. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Ensuring assistance is always at hand, upon arrival we were greeted by a welcoming 24 h reception desk who provided us with everything we needed, even though we had a late flight. The brand new and air-conditioned rooms, ensured a comfortable stay. We particularly appreciated hotel's location which is perfect for exploring Vlora's cultural heritage, with attractions like Independence Square, Muradie Quartier, and Kuzum Baba just a short walk away."

It was a bit hectic when we arrived in our car, as the parking lots of the hotel are closed off and you come in on a narrow one way street - so you either have to drive too far and park somewhere else first and/or have someone from your group go in an ask the reception about parking - or alternatively just move the no parking signs yourself. Poor soundproofing - we could hear much of what was happening in the hallway.

Friendly receptionist that explained all we needed to know. Probably the most modern room of all the places we stayed in Montenegro. Very close to good restaurants. Parking right outside the hotel.
