The location is good, on a hill above main drag, close enough to walk to many restaurants and beach was 20 min walk. Pool and outside bar area is beautiful. Rooms are modern, decorated nicely, some have small balconies. Bed was firm but comfy. AC worked well. Breakfast was good and views from room and pool area were beautiful. Staff was very nice and helpful with everything.

Need better coffee at breakfast, perhaps offer cappuncino, etc. Housekeeping came too late, after we were out all day, then back in room. Weird alarms on doors and ac shuts off when doors are opened.

The staf are so helpful and friendly, the pool are wonderful.

Everything was perfect!

Clean, comfortable hotel. Lovely pool and setting. Great breakfast. Drinks reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking was tricky, but staff willing and able to park and move cars.

This is my only niggle - could not always find staff to order drinks from at the bar!

We enjoyed our stay here, the staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was good and the breakfast was very enjoyable. The location was good as it was out of the centre and in a quieter part of the town, just note it can be a little tricky to find via google maps. The pool was good but there weren't enough loungers for all the rooms, just something to bare in mind.

We loved everything about this hotel - definitely the best in Ksamil. The hotel itself is pristine - it is modern and clean and very well looked after. The pool is stunning and it just has the most beautiful views (particularly at sunset time!!) ever. The rooms were spacious, had everything you need, beautiful views and were beautifully cleaned every day. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond - they were so friendly and helpful and cannot be faulted. It made such a lovely atmosphere and just a lovely place to be. On holiday, me and my partner usually like to be out and about doing different things, but almost every day we would come back earlier to just sit by the pool, have a swim and a drink because it was just so nice being at the hotel. The walk into the main town and beaches is 10 - 15 mins and feels like nothing when you actually walk it! There is a bit of a hill (for those with mobility issues to be mindful of) but it is no bother really. I honestly couldn't recommend this hotel enough!!! :) best stay ever!

The property offers no food options other than breakfast not even snacks and because it’s at the top of two very steep hills it’s a hard slog to the town and back

The view from the hotel and the pool area was absolutely beautiful. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel seemed very new/fresh and the cleaners so a brilliant job as the place was spotless. Brilliant hotel, highly recommend

The hotel is ten minutes walk from main shops/beach etc which is good. The only thing people with mobility issues would need to know is that the hotel is on a steep hill, so walking back may be difficult for some

It was beautiful! So clean, so modern, immaculately clean. Pool was amazing, the rooms were spacious and the balcony’s are a great touch

If I’m being really picky …The glass door at the front needs a sticker, I always felt like i had to put my hand out to check if it was open or closed as it was a sheet of glass - too clean! You can’t see the door is shut

Location wise it’s really nice compared to the hotel.

that the view now is covered by another building in front of the hotel. And it is not aligned from the current photo. Short staff in front desk and bar. Waiting time is a lot.
