This is my only niggle - could not always find staff to order drinks from at the bar!

Clean, comfortable hotel. Lovely pool and setting. Great breakfast. Drinks reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking was tricky, but staff willing and able to park and move cars.

Genuinely, there is nothing we did not like!!

We loved everything about this hotel - definitely the best in Ksamil. The hotel itself is pristine - it is modern and clean and very well looked after. The pool is stunning and it just has the most beautiful views (particularly at sunset time!!) ever. The rooms were spacious, had everything you need, beautiful views and were beautifully cleaned every day. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond - they were so friendly and helpful and cannot be faulted. It made such a lovely atmosphere and just a lovely place to be. On holiday, me and my partner usually like to be out and about doing different things, but almost every day we would come back earlier to just sit by the pool, have a swim and a drink because it was just so nice being at the hotel. The walk into the main town and beaches is 10 - 15 mins and feels like nothing when you actually walk it! There is a bit of a hill (for those with mobility issues to be mindful of) but it is no bother really. I honestly couldn't recommend this hotel enough!!! :) best stay ever!

The property offers no food options other than breakfast not even snacks and because it’s at the top of two very steep hills it’s a hard slog to the town and back

The hotel is ten minutes walk from main shops/beach etc which is good. The only thing people with mobility issues would need to know is that the hotel is on a steep hill, so walking back may be difficult for some

The view from the hotel and the pool area was absolutely beautiful. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel seemed very new/fresh and the cleaners so a brilliant job as the place was spotless. Brilliant hotel, highly recommend

If I’m being really picky …The glass door at the front needs a sticker, I always felt like i had to put my hand out to check if it was open or closed as it was a sheet of glass - too clean! You can’t see the door is shut

The breakfast, whilst tasty, was repetitive. It was the same thing every day. A little variation would improve it.

Lovely room, great view and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Pool is also very nice and there’s parking on site, although it’s not a big car park.

It’s not really a downside, but something to keep in mind—the hotel is located up two fairly steep hills. If you’re not driving, it can be a bit of a climb on foot. That said, it’s definitely manageable and the views from the top make it worth the effort

This hotel is absolutely stunning and kept spotlessly clean throughout. The pool area is a real highlight—perfect for relaxing with breathtaking views all around. Breakfast is a treat, with a variety of tasty options (I tried three different ones and loved them all!). The rooms are super comfortable—the beds are cozy, the shower has great water pressure, and everything is cleaned daily, which makes a big difference when you're traveling. But what really makes this place special is the staff. They’re incredibly friendly, polite, and always happy to help with anything you need. It truly feels like they go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. If you're looking for a relaxing, well-run hotel with great service and beautiful surroundings, this is the place!

The hotel is located up the hill from Ksamil centre, so it is a little quieter and provides fantastic views (especially for sunset). The staff are super friendly and helpful and the facilities are new, clean and well setup. I would definitely recommend.

Nothing to complain about.

Awesome view from both balcony and pool. All Staff were amazing and kind. The food is also delicious. The music and vibes are good as well thanks to Mikael. He is a star. I will recommend it to my friends to go to LANS HOTEL. And we are definitely coming back next summer.
