This place is very nice. We had a big room that had everything that a 4 start hotel included. It was very important to me the sheets, they were changed every day and it smelled so good (many thanks to the lady). The cleaning was very good. The owner was so nice and if we needed something, we could ask him on whatsapp for. I appreciate a lot that he asked us what time we arrive so they can get the room ready for us (earlier than the check in). Thank you very much, Lake View Rooms Ksamil! We will get back to you!

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room Was a good size with a double bed and sofa bed. It was nice to have a balcony in be in the quieter end of Ksamil as it was so busy. Only a 15-20 min walk to the main area and beaches.

Great location away from noise of town but 10 minute walk into the heart of everything, stylish room, good aircon, comfy bed, nice shower gel, good WiFi, easy parking, helpful owner & staff, nice balcony. Would gladly stay again.

I had a wonderful stay! Everything was good, nice room, comfortable bed, very clean, two bottles of water offered with tea and coffee. On top of that, Ervis is nice, professional and a great host, he was there if needed. It's 15 min a walk from the Ksamil beach bars

Stunning view, warm welcome & private parking! We had an amazing stay at Lake View Rooms Ksamil. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view of the lake. A big plus was the private parking spot, which made everything so convenient. And above all, Ervis’s kindness and helpfulness made us feel truly at home. Thank you for such a memorable experience – we’d gladly come back!

This hotel is just the best in Albania for me ! Is one of the most professional with all accommodation and very beautiful design. The bed is so comfortable , the pillows. The balcony has a good view. But the best part is the hotel manager with his recommandations and advice. Ervin is the best. Not far from the beach the city and also 20 minutes to Saranda. In a quiet place to be honest stay here you’ll not regret

Nothing everything was perfect! I would just add though rooms are advertised as lake views you can definitely see a lake in the distance, but I wouldn't say it was a lake view, although it is very charming seeing the goats and chickens every morning.

The room was a great size for the price, comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. We messaged the owner asking for extra pillows and they were brought to our room very promptly. The accommodation offers free parking and is in a good distance to amenities & restaurants, but far enough away from any noise. The owner was nice enough to upgrade our room to a lake view room free of charge, you feel very welcomed and feel like nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be recommending to friends and returning in the future.

Very modern and clean room/building and close to the center. Parking was easily accessible behind the building. The owner was very friendly, ready to answer any questions and flexible about check-in/check-out.

The view is a bit disappointing, lake is far away. Sheets are very hard.

Very luxurious room for the price. A big room, good bathroom and a great bed. Balcony is also very nice. It's a nice quiet place.

At first I thought this hotel was a little far away from the action of the beach bars etc but was so pieceful and quiet on an evening and only a 5/10 munite walk down to the Main road and closest beach ⛱️

The hotel opened this year. The rooms are beautiful and have got high quality fixtures & fittings! No expense has been spared to make this hotel really special, from the beautiful comfy beds, great quality pillows and furnishings to the electric shutters on the balcony doors, and beautiful black out curtains. The colour tones are greys, whites & blacks that give a modern calming feel.

Lakeview is very modern and clean, my room and the balcony were spacious and exceeded my expectations. The location is quiet but still close to town, with a a restaurant in close proximity for breakfast and a small shop for supplies such as water. For me, a solo female traveller, it provided a safe haven at the end of my days. I would definitely recommend to friends, family and anyone reading this considering booking at Lake view rooms for your time in Ksamil.

The hotel was clean and new. The location was in a quiet place close to everywhere. Even though we checked in late, our room was ready, we did not have to wait. I can say 10/10 in terms of price and performance
