The staff was kind and helpful. Drinking coctails in the pool was cool, the coffee was amazing and the rooms were big and comfortable. It's really close to the beach and there are golf cars in the hotel to bring you to the beach and back to the hotel.

There wasn't any problem with the hotel.

Friendly and very helpful staff, good size rooms, tasty food at the hotel restaurant, clean and very nice hotel pool, very close to the town Centre and the beach.

-The same dishes at breakfast and dinner....every single day....and you didn't have so many to choose from -In 8 days,only once did someone came to clean the room,even if I asked the manager daily -The shower didn't drain properly.....when we had a shower,all the water was in the bathroom -Even if we payed for 3 people, we only received 2 towels -At the pool,the sunbeds didn't have matresses -It was very expensive for what they offered -I think it's a hotel for old people

We liked everything about this hotel!

Parking on the territory, beautiful pool, electrical shuttle to the beach. Good WiFi. After moving in, the new room was clean, the air conditioner was normal, the toilet and shower cabin were clean and spacious, the mattresses were not bad - you can choose a comfortable position; the beds creak, there was little distance between them, so they often injured their legs. Language - one employee in the entire hotel thinks he knows English. The staff is friendly, but it's almost impossible to get along.

In the room we were initially accommodated in, the toilet seat had yellow stains, the water from the faucet and shower barely flowed, the toilet and shower were neglected, there were no signs of disinfection; the air conditioner is noisy and aimed at the bed. I think these remarks, together with the fact that I insisted on paying by bank card before check-in, caused a conflict with the hotel administrator. By the way, be prepared that you will only be asked to pay in cash everywhere; in general, 1-2 shops accept bank cards in the village. There is no kettle, tea/coffee, or dishes in the rooms. I even specifically asked for a couple of glasses. They told me to ask for boiling water in the kitchen. There is an international bus station across the street, with corresponding noise. Breakfast and dinner - to order. Often what is served is not what you ordered, but what is available - this was the case in a third of cases. For example, we ordered meatballs with cream & pure, the waiter brought beans with beef and assured us with a friendly smile that these are meatballs, but pressed. Also, for breakfast, when ordering sausages without eggs, they received toast with ham, cheese and ... egg. At first the food is tasty, but monotonous and within a week it became a problem. The range of food and drinks is small, and the portions are also small, but it is not allowed to get extra. My experience shows that the hotel is not suitable for a long vacation.

The staff overall was great , friendly and they make you feel welcomed. Food was on point cooked and the view to the pool was relaxing on the night.

The staff very nice, polite and helpful. The room was clean, cleaned every day, towels changed also every day. Very good swimming pool, 7-8 minutes walk time to the beach, but they have also free shuttle to beach.

Awful food at breakfast and dinner. If want to stay at this hotel please do not take any meals, the taste and smell was horrible (the soup especially, we couldn’t eat in 5 days any soup). We were happy that we didn’t get sick cause we read that in past few people get sick. Rooms are noisy, and no amenities at all (except soap and toilet paper nothing else), old mattresses, bathroom draining very bad (every time when we use shower almost cause flood). Location is 500 m from the beach, but for same money you can find better alternatives (accommodation and meals) near the beach. Very crowded and noisy because is located in front of international bus station. Few parking lots (around 10 lots, compared to 50 rooms capacity).

Everything was great, clean and very comfortable. The staff is very helpful, especially Roni who made sure we were very well taken care of. We will definitely visit again. Thank you for the great experience 👍

The hotel was clean, the staff was kind.

The Albanian music around the pool was very very loud. It was played all day. The daily meal/menu was not varied.

Everything was perfect, location excellent-close to the center and the beach. Staff was very polite, food was great and there is also safe parking. Room was very clean and the pool is also extremely nice, just like on the photos.

The accomodation was nice, spacefull, clean with nice view to see. Staff was very kind and helpfull. There were no porblem with check in and check out. Dinners and breakfasts were chosen from menu with several options. The food was tasty, large portions and nice service. There was no problem with parking at the hotel. There was a very nice, clean and well-maintained swimming pool.

As you can see in pictures more better! Everything was clean! The pool was nice and clean the view was great, staff also was very helpful and polite!

Very service minded and welcoming staff. Vicinity to the beach tough the "wild" part of the beach approx 2,5 km distance, really nice pool. The location serves also as a good base for the Albanian Alps.(Theth 2 hrs drive) Clean, sizable rooms. Half board enough versatile and fast even during full capacity. In general I would warmly recommend especially if you think about value for money aspect with this family owned Hotel. Even the music can be pretty loud in the evenings it seems like the area close to the hotel queits down latest before 23.

Not many motorsport options if any at the beach front which I personally appreciate but might disappoint some adrenaline junkies.

The staff was very friendly and ready to help you anytime. They smiled always. The pool was very clean. The hotel is situated at 7 minutes from the beach. Across the street there is supermarket. The food was good: for breakfast we have to choose from a list with 6 options. Also in the morning we had to choose the dinner from 2 different sides every day and for children the have pasta or pizza. The wi-fi work perfect.

The card is not accepted. Only cash but you can pay in euro.
