The host acted a little weird at first. When we asked him to help us with the door or other small things, he behaved as if we had disturbed him in his own home. But the next day he started acting pleasantly.

The location is great, it takes you about 7 minutes to get to the beach. The hotel is clean and cozy and has all the facilities.

Very well located accommodation, about ten minutes by feet from several beaches, which is very convenient given the crowded city. We did not park the car in their courtyard (which is possible, but it was full of vehicles already). The staff was attentive and did not hesitate to modify the breakfast to adapt to my children's palates (who are more "sweet" than "savory" in the morning).

The kitchen's pots and silverware could've been cleaner. Gladly they had utensils for cleaning available on the room. The breakfast menu couldn't be modified to attend to allergic needs.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The room was comfortable and quiet. The garage was a good advantage considering how busy the main streets are.

The furniture in the room it's a little bit old and could be changed.

The apartment we chose had a very tiny kitchen and difficult to use.

No kettle in the room, no cutting board or big cups. Some broken things like bottle opener in common kitchen - wasnt impossible to open wine:(( Small bathroom with no shower cabin, so water will be everywhere. Cleaning day was missed, so we had to ask again and request the next day. Family room is small for 2 persons.

Central location, on a hill, 5 min walk to the sea. Kristian prepared us good breakfasts, gave a pot on request. Comfortable martass. Veranda with eating area.

Great location, peaceful but close to everything. The room was great, as prescribed. Great value for money! The breakfast was amazing and Kristian and we became good friends, he is a great person and has his hearth in the right place. He walked us to the doctor when we asked for directions.

We liked the hospitality of both Kristian and his mother! Very kind and helpful people! They even accommodated kids' needs and wants!! The patio is also great for kids to play while waiting for parents to get ready.

The biggest advantage of this accommodation is the staff. Kristian and his mother were very helpful and both spoke good English. The room itself was ok, the accommodation is relatively close to the beach 10 minutes walk away. There was an option to buy dinner which was prepared by the whole family and it was one of the best meals we had in Albania. Parking was in the courtyard behind the gate.

The room could be cleaner.

Location was 10/10, parking 10/10, staff 10/10. A thing to improve would be to clean the room every 3 days and change the sheets and towels more often. Overall 8,5/10

The owners are absolutely amazing. My friend and I didn’t quite know how we would be traveling forwards and they helped us out a lot by asking around to find buses for us. The property itself is very central and exceptionally clean. They also gave us a free upgrade because a better room was available for that night.

The terrace area was beautiful with lovely greenery and kitchen facilities were great! The owner went out of her way to greet us out the front and we were treated with incredible kindness for the entirety of our stay. We were driven by the owners to a traditional Albanian restaurant for dinner where we were welcomed by all the staff to make it feel like home. We ate the best meal of our life, food was 10/10. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Ksamil. Can’t wait to come back soon!

The roads to get to the structure are unfortunately unpaved, but the town is developing fast.

Antonella is a very kind and attentive hostess. The room was cozy and clean and the area very quiet and peaceful. The property is located 5 minutes walk from the center of Ksamil.
