The approach to the hotel is not very good, the hotel is located in a hill. There are no sidewalks, the beach is not far, but the approach to the hotel itself is difficult. The staff does not speak English. We had stale bread for breakfast for two days.

Very poor and small breakfast; three slices of salami and cheese splitted for two people and 4 slices of bread, no juice and little bit of butter, jam and nutela in very small cups.

My friend and I made a reservation for one night. The reservation was confirmed and everything seemed fine. When we arrived to check in in the evening, we were told that there were no rooms available and we had to look for another accommodation late in the evening, while being exhausted! Тhe receptionist didn't speak English and it was very difficult to communicate. We didn't even receive an apology nor any help resolving the issue. Very badly organized and unprofessional. This kind of issue might actually be common in this hotel since some guests were at the reception when we arrived complaining about having been given a double room instead of a three-bed one (which was what they had booked). I am very dissatisfied with the service. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

The air conditioning did not work. There were no towels for 3 people that we paid the room. We waited 1 hour for the rest of the towels. Also we had to wait 20 minutes for the hot water to come. When we went down for breakfast in 9:35, THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH FOOD. We were obligated to eat breakfast somewhere else and not the one we paid for.
