Some small reparations here and there at the pool site are needed.

We had a great stay at Kraal Hotel, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time at the hotel‘s pool. Another plus was the dinner and breakfast, which were delicious.

we spend 7 day´sin hotel with 6 members of my family in one room. We asked two times to clean room, but they forgot to add two times hand soap in to reservoar.

The internet was weak both in the rooms and in the hotel grounds.

Very nice hotel, on the beach and a 5 minute walk from a central area full of restaurants and shops. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and satisfying.

We were very welcome from the beginning till the end. Staff very friendly, specially with our baby. We’ve got an upgrade on our room that made our life a lot easier with the baby! We were very happy. The room was clean and comfortable.

Main lobby lift could be a bit slow as the second one was out of service but there's also a third glass lift which helped when wait times were a bit long.

Extremely warm and welcoming reception staff upon arrival. The location of the hotel is great as it's just out of the hustle and bustle but a short walk to the seaside boardwalk and main shopping avenue. Most rooms face the pool and beach area. Modern hotel, very clean, nice restaurant, fantastic pool area with an abundance of sun loungers and umbrellas including some set further back so if you want a bit more privacy or to be away from others you can. Poolside service for ordering drinks or the pizza oven made fresh pizzas. Towel service. Great variety of choices for breakfast, hot foods, eggs and various local sausages and meats, typical european cold cuts and cheeses, cereals, fruits and a huge array of delish pastries. We had a very chilled time at Kraal Hotel and in Vlore and would definitely consider staying again.

We closed the hotel right at the 90th minute and it was a great decision. Lovely hotel, spacious rooms. With a sea view. Very large pool, spacious lobby, outside overlooking the sea. We took two rooms and the room for 3 comes with a bed, this is important and not a sofa bed. Very good breakfast. The staff was lovely, so smiling, warm, welcoming with love and patience. Excellent cleanliness, everything we asked for was answered quickly and patiently. We were very pleased with the hotel and our stay there. Book a very spacious hotel. Close to the center.

The beach wasn’t what I was looking for. This is not necessary a bad thing, it is personal. If you have small children, in fact it is preferred because you need to walk very far inside to reach a bit deeper see, which is wonderful and safe for small kids. But for teenage kids might be a bit boring. Despite this you have wonderful beaches just 5-10 minutes from the hotel for more interesting adventures for the teenagers.

The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Very clean and wonderful breakfast buffet. Family friendly and very accommodating.

Everything was perfect! I really liked the hotel, the pool, and especially the friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back. The employees were very kind. A special thank you to Lore (I think that was his name 😊), the receptionist who helped us organize a taxi when our car was blocked. That was a very kind and helpful gesture – thank you! Also, great feedback for the pool guy, Saymon (I hope I got the names right) were very dedicated and always ready to help. I would have no problem with local children using the swimming pool. Unfortunately it was an unpleasant and intimidating group of young lads who scared my son from going in the pool.

Hotel is viftually right on the beach and is close to main streets and shops and restaurants. The food at the hotel was exceptionally good, incl the breakfast. Great and very helpful staff. Rooms were highest standard.

It seems that the hotel is either just finishing construction or is undergoing renovations. The parking garage was not available as it was under construction, as well as the spa. The pillows were not great - the kind that instantly deflate the minute you put your head on them. I would love to see two different pillows available on the bed, or in the closet, or available upon request. You couldn't really go out on the balcony, as there were so many birds flying around out there, they were obnoxious and we were concerned one was going to fly into the room! The view was ok, if you looked past the dilapidated motel behind the pool area. The breakfast was mediocre - it did the job, but it wasn't great. The location was fine, but in hindsight, I should have chosen a location closer to the Lungomare Promenade for more restaurants, etc.

The staff was welcoming and friendly upon checkin and during each interaction. They responded quickly to messages and were helpful with suggestions. The bathroom was comfortable, and I loved the lighted/heated mirror. There was free parking along the side of the street, and the staff was helpful in letting us know where we could park and that it was monitored by cameras. The pool looks nice and there were a ton of families and kids using it when we checked in, but it was a bit chilly for us! For families with kids, there is a playground as well, which kids were using until night time.
