The breakfast can be improved, there is only one dish every day. There were musquitos, but we were prepared..

Clean place, green surroundigs, very close to the beach, no rush hour, no trafic, slept like a baby... The houses are quite comfortable, new aircon, new fridge, new tv with wifi, musquito protection, free parking for the car. The staff is very friendly and very helpfull. No rush at the beach, free sunbeds, no need to make reservations, etc etc... nothing to worry about.

Ideally for future reference, if the breakfast time can be an open buffet it will be much better.

The chalets were cooler although the weather was no more than 26 degrees. It was very quiet area and excellent holiday for families with children and elderly people.

There were a lot of mosquitoes outside in the evening. But there weren't any in the house because we brought mosquito repellent. :-)

The host was very friendly and very helpful. The cottages are very nice, located in a quiet, wooded area. The breakfast was beautifully served and delicious. The accommodation was not far from the beach (about 250 meters), the sandy beach was also fine, and even offers free sunbeds and umbrellas. Private parking is available on site. WiFi was perfect. We asked a lot to heat up our meals, and it was a surprise for us to get a microwave. :-)

The stay was pleasant overall, but unfortunately, there were quite a few mosquitoes in the room, and we got bitten during the night. It would be great if the hotel could consider mosquito nets or some kind of repellent in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in our private cottage – everything was just perfect! Every morning, the staff brought us fresh coffee from the restaurant almost to our bed – we enjoyed it peacefully on the terrace. Such a lovely start to the day. The dinners were absolutely delicious – homemade, full of flavor, and made with love. There was a nice playground for the kids, which they loved, and the beach was very close – calm, clean, and not crowded. We also had our own sunbeds and umbrella on the beach, which made it even more comfortable. Peaceful atmosphere, friendly people, and everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

We had a fantastic time – the place is ideal and Albania as a country is absolutely beautiful. The beaches are stunning, perfect for children, and we enjoyed our stay without a single worry. The accommodation is beautiful, and the host is incredibly kind and welcoming. Everyone in the complex is wonderful. I honestly think this has been my best holiday so far. The prices are more than reasonable, and the beach is literally just one minute away, with sunbeds reserved for you. There’s also a nearby shop that accepts card payments, so you can easily stock up for your stay. Of course, there are some mosquitoes since there’s a lake nearby, but that’s completely natural – just bring mosquito repellent and you’re good to go. We are more than satisfied and will definitely always recommend this place as a true holiday for the soul.

Toilet paper seemed to be a rare commodity :) We had to ask for it daily, and each time we were given just one roll—which, unsurprisingly, was never quite enough.

Great location, just a short walk from the beach. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that each house comes with its own set of sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach, all included in the accommodation price — a big plus that we really appreciated. Breakfast was also included and quite enjoyable. Each unit has two rooms, a bathroom, and a large, air-conditioned kitchen. Everything was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The only downside was the presence of mosquitoes, mainly outside after dark, which made it a bit uncomfortable to enjoy the evenings.

The cabin did not have a hot water heater for tea. Maybe it was because it was off season but it would have been nice to have tea in the evening.

We were there during the off-season. During season the have a small coffee bar and food. But they did serve breakfast which was made fresh every morning. It was very good. The location was simple to find and secluded, which is what we needed to rest and enjoy our beach walks. The host was very helpful and greeted us every morning.

It's clearly stated they accept cash only, but it would be great if they accepted card payment. They accepted a mix of euro and lek which was really helpful!

The chalet complex is well laid out around a central, garden where you can take breakfast or dinner. The beach is straight across the road and you have an umbrella and 2 sun loungers reserved as part of your We stayed 3 nights, had an excellent breakfast all 3 mornings with fresh OJ, they change up the breakfast food a bit we had Albanian pancakes, omlette, regular pancakes, cheeses, grapes, jam etc. really delicious. We had dinner one evening and would highly recommended the seafood linguine! Staff were really friendly and accommodating, they made our stay so pleasant.

I would just like to suggest maybe cut the grass a little and remove the weeds on the pathway.

What a wonderful host and welcome. Leonardo was friendly from the moment we arrived until we left. The accommodation was amazing. We loved the cabin feel and how quiet it was. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was always smiling and willing to go the extra mile. Access to the beach was easy and a short walk. My children enjoyed having the ability to walk around and play on the play structures. We will definitely be coming back!!

Just a suggestion, I spoke about it with the owner, we believe that such a beautiful place needs an adequate beach area, hope they will work on that appropriately!

It was an excellent experience. First time in Albania and it couldn't be better. Lovely host, polite, breakfast was good, the accomodation was good, kids were playing in the garden and really short walk to the beach (couple minutes). Highly recommended.
