The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours. But after 10pm everyone is ususally quiet :)

Everything was amazing! The staff is so nice and helpful, even the dog guided us on our small hike :D the food was also very delicious, especially the breakfast buffett. If you have a car, the location is perfect, within 8 min you are in the village of Theth. You can also walk through the forest though, which is also very beautiful.

The best place to stay in Theth! The guesthouse is situated in a beautiful part of the mountains with an awesome outdoor area to sit and relax in. The rooms are cosy and had everything we needed. The staff were exceptional and were so friendly (including the guesthouse dog). The breakfast was excellent and dinner was delicious. Highly recommend staying here, we had a great time and it felt like home. There’s also lots of shortcuts through the trails from the house so you don’t have to walk on the road !

Lovely guesthouse a little outside of Theth. We spontaneously decided to extend our stay from 3 to 4 nights, which was no problem, so we stayed in both room categories. The deluxe room was back-facing with great mountain views, quiet for the most part and quite big. The furniture and bathroom was modern, comfortable and very clean. There was no AC, but we had a fan and the room didn‘t get too hot even in 34 degree weather. Same with the standard room, that was just a tad smaller. The free breakfast was simple but sufficient, as were the dinner options. The guesthouse is run by a cute family of five with a friendly dog, they were very hospitable and ensured we had a smooth stay. It seems like they depend on their three children quite a lot though, since they were the only ones speaking good English. That means the children mostly handle the check-in as well as dinner service. It was kind of cute and we got along well with them, but it still felt a bit weird to see these two 11 year old girls carry so much responsibility on their backs (they didn‘t seem to mind a lot though). We would come back! :)

Incredible stay, lovely family who runs the place. Very happy we booked our time in Theth here. They have a shortcut walk to the start of the Valbona hike which was great considering the location (takes 30min), and you can use this route to other hikes/into town instead of walking along main road. Both breakfast and dinner was great! And amazing views to enjoy while you sit and eat. Highly recommend this property and will recommend to friends who visit the area in future.

The owners and their children were very sweet and accommodating. The food was delicious and home cooked. We were leaving at 6am to go on a hike and the owner made us a really good packed lunch. Overall one of the nicest places I've ever stayed mainly because the family that ran it were so sweet!

The room was very clean and the view on the mountain range from the terrace is just the best.The food was just incredible !! Everything is homemade, and we really loved breakfast. Best hotel ever ! It is really easy to get to Theth for day hikes.

It was an uphill walk from the centre of theth which is fine but would’ve been easier with a car.

Lovely family run guesthouse. Great Mountain View and we could start our Theth - Valbona hike from the property which was a bonus. We arrived early and the hosts kindly put our room together and allowed us to check in early. Breakfast was buffet style with a good selection and tasty coffee. We had dinner at the onsite restaurant which had a good options of homemade food and reasonably priced

The property is 2 km outside of Theth so a car helps but if you are hardy you can walk down to the village. The breakfast, which was included, was fantastic (eggs, sausage, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheeses, bread, Albanian honey, and either fried dough or pancakes depending on the day. And cappuccino!) We opted to eat dinner there all three nights and the cooking did not disappoint — tasty and home cooked traditional meal. Delightful. The views were stunning and the rooms comfortable. The family that owns the place was not there but we had two of the kindest hosts — Albi and Danika. They were attentive and lovely in every way and we benefited from Google translate for deeper conversations. I will fondly remember our stay and the view from the patio while sipping fine Albania. Wine.

Great location, wonderful views, wide terrace, good breakfast and you can have a good dinner, too. It is a bit above the valley which we saw as a big plus as it is very quiet. A car helps but you can hike up from Theth, too. The owner family is very friendly.

This was the most positive experience we have ever had! The property is stunning, nestled in the Albanian Alps, surrounded by 360 degrees of mountains. The outdoor patio and indoor restaurant areas were wonderful. The food was delicious, local, authentic and made with love. But what will always stand out the most to us is the hospitality of the family. After being greeted so kindly by Goldie the dog, we met all three daughters who showed us to our room, answered our questions and invited us to dinner. At dinner we talked with the girls and learned so much about their lives in Albania. They were so kind-hearted and happy! We finished that night )and the following) running races with the youngest. We were so impressed with both parents and the loving attention they give to this beautiful home away from home. If you are in the Theth area, we can’t recommend highly enough this guesthouse and the wonderful family who runs it!
