How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Everything was perfect, the apartment the fact that was clean, so cute . If you want it, they have everything in the kitchen . Nice location to near to the lake ,to the restorant. I will defenitly take the apartment again when i come in Pogradec.

To make the place perfect, a few things could be improved: there's not pot in the kitchen, the pillows are too thick, and it would be good to have blinds on all the windows (it gets bright very early, so it's hard to sleep).
The apartment is very clean, cute, and close to the beach. The host is very welcoming and available!

The bathroom/toilet is a little small.
The room was big, comfortable and very clean. The host is extremely helpfull, he sends you even a film how to fnd the room.

Nothing to dislike.
Excellent apartment in great central location, minutes walk from lake and centre. Everything is perfect as in the pictures, clean, spacious, functional, modern, cosy, nicely decorated, has everything you need. Bathroom is a little small but water is hot. The owner Robert is very friendly and helpful, communication was easy with him and I was able to arrange an early check in. Close to many shops, bars and eateries. Over excellent quality and value.

It is nice apartement for two people. Apt. has everything you need. The bathroom is small but the shower is good and the water hot. Spotlessly clean, close to everything and safe. Walking distance to bus station about 10 to 15 minutes. The owner is very nice and helpful. Helped me to book the bus to Berat by contacting the bus driver. You can always ask him if you need s.th. I was able to check-in early.

I had the pleasure of staying at Klent Studio Apartment for two nights, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the host, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and incredibly cozy. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Appartment is clean and nice and its very close to beach with all the restaurants and bars. Owner was very quick to respond and very helpful with everything.

The apartment is great. It is brand new. All appliances work properly. The location is in the centre of the city. I liked the owner. We went for a cup of coffee together twice. He answered all my questions regarding Albanian and their history. When I need things as a mop or a bed linen, he brought it. There is a notebook with places to visit at the apartment. It far exceeds any other Airbnb or booking experience as it can be seen this guy doesn't do it only for money and That means something in today's world.

Robert, the host is very nice person. It's hard to find such a helpful person like Robert ! The apartment was renovated recently and very clean. Everything you need is nearby.

The location was great!It was near the centre and the host organise my trip to Tushemisht a beautiful village near Pogradec...on arrival he gives me some fruit!The bed was comfortable and a small kitchen where you can find everything you need.Near the property there was a market...a bakery ,a church!The host Robert was kind and he speaks very good English!The apartament was very clean!Thank you Robert for your hospitality...I will come back with my family!I recomand this property😊😊

Special host. The apartment is close to everything . I was offer some fresh fruits in check in. The WiFi was very strong. The apartment has fridge oven where you can cook by yourself. The host give me some really good information about the city.

Very helpful host. He gave me some fruits on arrival, also helped me with directions to Korca and Lin. The location is perfect, everything you need is close to you, bus station, promenade , city center , beach (is winter you can not swim 😀), bakery, supermarket, restaurants, fast food. The apartment is very clean. The kitchen has all you need, perfect place for short stays.
