Whilst you expect the beach to be overrun by tourists in summer, the hotel staff need to do a better job at enforcing their own ‘hotel only’ area. Whilst most staff were fine, there was one staff member at the beach who spoke to me in a way I have never been spoken to before, as a paying guest. He was aggressive and rude. All because I asked him to politely ask a group who were making a nuisance of themselves in the hotel only area (when they weren’t hotel guests) to move. Felt uncomfortable to make a complaint about him, he was that aggressive. Some customer service training might be a good idea.

- The room was tiny. The description did mention the room is 172sqFt , but this was really tiny. I wish there were pictures of the room available during booking. - The bathroom was super tiny as well. You cannot even open the door fully. It is an open shower, so everything including the toilet seat gets wet. - The room is not quiet. Despite having my windows and doors closed, I could still hear the noise from outside the hotel as well as from anyone walking or talking in the corridor.

- The hotel has sunbeds reserved for hotel guests right at the beach and beach towels are also provided. - Located right on the beach, along the promenade. - The service is excellent and the staff is attentive. - The breakfast is decent with a good selection, but not too lavish. - The dinner is absolutely top, with 4 different set menus to choose from -- It comes with drinks of your choice, a salad, a starter, 1st course, main course, desert. - I had to check-out early before breakfast and the hotel staff was super thoughtful and kind enough to prepare a lovely breakfast box for me.

The hotel is on the beach which is very convenient especially for high season! We has a sea view room but we has to change because of the load music from nearby clubs. They change it without a problem! The staff was really nice and helpful

The room we received was much smaller than expected, and the view from the standard room was only of the parking lot. In addition, the shower was very small and had no glass door, which caused the entire bathroom to flood after every shower

The really loud music coming from the neighboring clubs until 3/4am makes it challenging to sleep. You can forget about leaving the windows open. People are allowed to smoke in the breakfast/dining room.

Quite noisy with three bars close by playing loud music well into the night.

Excellent amenities and location. Spectacular views of the sunset! Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Our plan included breakfast and dinner, as well as reserved umbrella and chairs on the beach which was a big plus, otherwise they charge 40 euros and chairs were mostly unavailable. Breakfast was buffet with sufficient variety, and dinner had 4 options, my favorite was the traditional which was delicious every day.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very careful and helpful, always making sure everything was just right. The food was also really tasty,I enjoyed every meal. The view from the hotel is beautiful, and the location is perfect. One of the best parts was the beach. The sea is clean and nice to swim in. If you’re staying at the hotel, you don’t need to pay anything extra to use the beach. Also, the first three rows of sunbeds are saved just for hotel guests, which was a big plus. Just a small tip: it’s better to check the room types with the staff beforehand to make sure it fits your needs.

The music at night was way too loud — definitely going on until 1 AM, which made it impossible to sleep. We were traveling with our 2-year-old child, so that was quite challenging.

I really liked the view from the room and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always available to help.

We went in May, off season, but we can imagine that the music might get a bit over powering between the two neighbouring hotel/clubs.

Great location right on a ksamil beach with beautiful sea views. Deshira the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. We thought we might stay 3-4 nights but wanted to confirm each day in case we decided to move on, and she helped with that. In the end we stayed in King Hotel the whole time and loved it.

Food at the restaurant is average. It is highly recommended that the main head of the restaurant staff do more on hospitality training. Dinner is ala carte and limited to €25. The hotel could have removed this option in the booking (half board).

Hotel premises were outstanding, everything was very new and clean and the staff were super friendly, nice and helpful :). The location was very convenient because you could reach several restaurants and bars by walking. The private beach was very nice, however, service at the beach was not the best, waiters took too long to bring drinks or didn’t come as often to offer something else.

I had the best experience at King Hotel! I had booked a single room but at arrival they told me they had given me an upgrade to the double room with seaview, which was ABSOLUTELY amazing! I highly recommend booking the Seaview room, it's probably one of the nicest views in Ksamil. All staff was super friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and so comfortable, and the beach area is stunning, sunbeds with umbrellas are included for guests. It really exceeded my expectations and was such a great way to end my trip in Albania. Thank you again! :)
