Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomI had the pleasure of staying at the King & Queen Palace in Fier, and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant and sophisticated, perfectly blending modern comfort with a regal charm. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The restaurant and dining experience were also top-notch — delicious food, great variety, and excellent service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. This hotel is a true gem in Fier, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire team at King & Queen Palace for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely return!

FranceNo breakfast, apart from coffee. (There is a good place down the street). They do not accept credit cards, only cash. The Booking details do not include a precise address, so it was difficult to find - without internet.
Slightly odd experience! This hotel is an absolute palace. It would sit well in Las Vegas. Lots of space, great comfort, beautifully decorated, if a bit kitch. The location is ideal for visiting Apolonia and other sites, even if the town of Fier itself has no great attractions. But, despite the low price, it was more or less empty. Was it built for big events or VIP visits, who knows. The few staff we found were perfectly helpful. So, for one night it is fine.
