The building entry and the street are quite narrow, and I've frequently encountered 2-3 cars nearly blocking the way. Your driving skills will be put to the test 🙂

The location is excellent with nearby restaurants, but parking can be challenging unless you opt for the hotel’s underground parking, which is both affordable and secure. However, getting in and out of the parking can be time-consuming since your car is delivered to the ground floor via an escalator, allowing only one car to enter or exit at a time.

There is no shower screen/curtain in the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, so there is a risk of flooding the bathroom floor. No hooks to hang towels. Not enough cutlery, such as spoons. Some areas didn't look like they were cleaned, such as the shower tray and under the beds

We loved the views over the city and mountains. Easy to walk or catch a bus into Skanderbeg Square. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Owner was really accommodating and so very friendly.

No toilet paper or trash bags on the apartment (it can be acceptable but please say it on the details as arriving to the apartment from the airport and couldn't go properly to the toilet was... weird) and you can only pay the booking in cash (even tho the webpage said that card was accepted). Also the cleaning staff left food from the previous guests and we had to clean it.

Spacious, bed super comfortable and excellent location, 15-20min walking from the city centre. Host was super nice, excellent communication via phone and really helpful about the questions/doubts we had. He even booked us private transport to go to the beach!

Some daily necessities only provide with one unit, like tissue paper, there are two toilets, but one aren’t with toilet paper. Besides, there is no garbage bin in the living room or bedroom

It's the newest house in the neighbourhood, but already quite dirty, garbage and cigarette-ends in the stairway.. the biggest nonsence in this appartament - shower! The shower has no glass walls, no barriers for the water, and the draining system is quite jammed so WHOLE bathroom is in the water! The water runs even to the hallway on the wooden floor (which is already ruined, and that means it's an old problem). There's only one tea cup, not enough plates. You can see that the appartament is new or more like unfonished, as there are different small details, wires, pipes not needed. The walls somewhere are dirty from cooking or just other guests. The floor could be cleaner.

The kitchen is inadequately equipped. The cooking unit was a single (dangerous) hot plate and there was one small pot. As for cooking utensils, there was a single wooden spoon!! (I was in the unit for a week, so I bought a cooker and utensils). As per the photos, the bed base is comprised of shipping pallets, hence the bed is very low. Although generally clean, there was a lot of dust and rubbish under the bed and sofa. As seems to be the norm in the Albanian hospitality industry, payment was by cash, which is costly and annoying. For some of us, withdrawing cash from Albanian ATMs incurs huge fees.

The manager was very prompt and professional. The apartment is in a very good location, and just 10-15 minutes from the bus station. The apartment was large and spacious and had a lovely balcony. The apartment was very quiet despite being over a relatively busy road. The washing machine, refrigerator and TV were new. There are many grocery stores and cafes directly outside the apartment tower.

The place is very near the best part of the city. Really spacious and comfortable. The check in was very easy. Totally recommend it.

Where do I begin. First, the self check-in instructions could’ve been a bit more clear as we at first didn’t understand the right entrance and that the elevator has to be started with the provided chip. Second, there were no forks in the kitchen and there was only one mug and glass for three people. When we asked for additional, the host said that they would bring more later but never showed up. Third, it was difficult to communicate with the staff at the bakery - we weren’t informed we could have two options for breakfast on the first day (got to know it from a different lady on the second day). Besides, we informed the host we would arrive very late at night right after making the booking. Yet, when we were late to replying to their whatsapp messages about the ETA on the day of arrival due to packing and everything, the host even said they would cancel our booking. Luckily, we managed to call back and clarify everything but still were very stressed about it. Fourth, the shower wasn’t isolated from the rest of the bathroom and the water didn’t run away for a long while after showering, the bathroom was slightly flodded. Plus, there was no toilet paper. Fifth, the staff member stormed in 15 min before the official check-out time without apologizing and started cleaning the room before we manage to take out things out.

Close to the city center, self check-in was available, which was important as we arrived very late at night, it was nice to have the air conditioner and fridge.
