The staff were lovely - everyone was very kind, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the location was walkable into the city with plenty of beaches around.

The family are extremely friendly and available. The location is also great.

Only negative is that there’s no shower curtain in the bathroom.

I booked a double room with a sea view, and from the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the endless blue stretching out before me — absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. While the bathroom was a bit on the small side, it didn’t affect my overall comfort or enjoyment. Breakfast each morning was plentiful and delicious, offering a great variety to start the day right. Despite the hotel being fully booked during my stay, it remained quiet and peaceful — a rare and welcome combination. The on-site parking was a huge bonus, especially since we noticed that parking in the surrounding area is quite limited and can be challenging. What really made the stay stand out, though, was the warmth and kindness of the family who runs the hotel. Their willingness to assist at any hour did not go unnoticed and was truly appreciated. Even when some guests were a bit noisy themselves, the staff remained attentive and gracious. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially to families or couples looking for tranquility and a place to unwind outdoors. Whether or not your room comes with a sea view, the large shared terrace is a beautiful space to relax with a drink or soak up the sunshine. Thank you for a lovely and memorable stay Kalemis family.

I had a lovely stay at Kalemis' Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the wonderful family that runs the hotel. Their hospitality really made the experience special. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a stunning view overlooking the Ionian Sea. Breakfast was tasty, freshly made and more than adequate - I even noticed some guests wrapping it up to take with them. The location is amazing -right on the seafront, with both private and public beaches just steps away. Given the amazing location I found the price to be good for value. It's a great spot for those who want peace and quiet while still being close to everything they need. Thank you for been incredibly friendly and always happy to help if I needed anything! 100% I would go back.

the courtesy and kindness of the family were appreciated very much but every morning for breakfast omelets and some pack of jam and butter. the property has no beach available and you have to go to private facilities adjacent the cleaning of the rooms is done at the discretion of the property by poorly qualified staff and the wi fi on the 4th floor works badly. carefully evaluate.

Loved everything to be honest.

Everything was really ok

The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. We requested a transfer from Sarandë to Tirana, and the owners kindly agreed to drive us at a very reasonable price — lower than what any driver had offered. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own private beach access, you can reach the beach within 2 minutes on foot, where sunbeds are available for rent (10 EUR for two). The room had a nice balcony, perfect for relaxing in the evening, and there was also a fridge, which was very convenient.

The only challenging part was the limited breakfast options. We had read that the hotel offered a self-serve breakfast with a variety of choices, but during our stay, it was a simple set breakfast — an omelette with toast and marmalade. That said, everything was freshly prepared and tasty, and we still appreciated the effort.

Such welcoming and friendly hosts! They were always on hand at the premises whenever we would come down for breakfast or return from a day of sightseeing. Easy to chat to and laugh with. We were going to walk from Kalemi’s to the port for our ferry back to Corfu but they absolutely insisted to drive us and gave us chilled water bottles too. Very kind gestures and excellent community.
