Only negative is that there’s no shower curtain in the bathroom.

The only challenging part was the limited breakfast options. We had read that the hotel offered a self-serve breakfast with a variety of choices, but during our stay, it was a simple set breakfast — an omelette with toast and marmalade. That said, everything was freshly prepared and tasty, and we still appreciated the effort.

The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. We requested a transfer from Sarandë to Tirana, and the owners kindly agreed to drive us at a very reasonable price — lower than what any driver had offered. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own private beach access, you can reach the beach within 2 minutes on foot, where sunbeds are available for rent (10 EUR for two). The room had a nice balcony, perfect for relaxing in the evening, and there was also a fridge, which was very convenient.

Such welcoming and friendly hosts! They were always on hand at the premises whenever we would come down for breakfast or return from a day of sightseeing. Easy to chat to and laugh with. We were going to walk from Kalemi’s to the port for our ferry back to Corfu but they absolutely insisted to drive us and gave us chilled water bottles too. Very kind gestures and excellent community.

Kalemis Hotel is a seaside hotel with views that extend all the way to the island of Corfu. The room was clean and spacious enough for me. Breakfast was very fresh and plentiful for what you pay. What impressed me most was how many hours the owners worked and the care they showed towards their guests. I will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a family-run, peaceful hotel with a beach just steps away from the parking area. Thank you for everything.

The place is run by a family, they were kind enough to find us a room ready even though we arrived way earlier than check in time. Always ready to help Rooms very clean and comfortable, and above all beautiful with a sea view and a very nice balcony. The staff is also very nice and there are stops to park the car. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it as it is very close to the center, like 5 min walk, but you have restaurants and commodities right down the hotel

The breakfast was not very varied. Perhaps it would have been easier for the staff if it had been "self-service". The doors could be better quality as the sound from the corridor does not seal very well. More staff would have been a nice upgrade.

The hotel is located right on the seafront but a little away from the centre. It has its own private parking. The hotel is currently under renovation. We stayed in the renovated part of the hotel in a room with a sea view. The room was nice and tidy & it was very peaceful. There was only one person working during our stay. His job covered everything (working at the reception, serving breakfast...). As there is currently no lift available, he also helped us with our luggage. The staff member was extremly friendly!

Nothing bad to say! Everything was good!

The room was clean, the sea view is amazing! Owners of this property (especially the lady) are so nice and kind, we almost felt like family! Two guys from staff were also great and helpful! Breakfast was very tasty!

The lovely greek family owning the hotel and their staff. It was such a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast, especially the coffee, was awesome. The room was clean with a nice balcony and view towards the island Corfu. They are renovating at the moment so the facilities should be up to date for the season. Looking forward to comjng back and experience the renovated facilities, especially the terrace.
