Hotel is excellent but difficult to getvthe entrance as close to the hotel no indications or signals. Some sections close to the seaside were still under construction.

We really liked the hotel, it was well equipped and nicely designed. Staff was very friendly and breakfasts were spectacular. The only thing we didn´t like so much was the location. But apart from that our stay was really nice.

The room was big, had a lot of light and the terrace was amazing. Just like in the pictures, the view was great and we enjoyed every moment we spent there. The breakfast was basic, but everything was very well cooked. There's a little beach very close to the hotel, where you can spend time and there are other beaches close to it, that are private.

We spent five days at this hotel with two families, and it exceeded all our expectations. The cleanliness, the friendly staff, as well as the cozy rooms, pillows, and beds, are simply unbeatable. The location is ideal – the hotel is situated between the city of Vlora and the dreamy Dhermi beach. Although there's a lovely small beach right by the hotel, we made the short drive to the stunning Dhermi beach every day and in the evenings, it only took a few minutes to drive into Vlora for a great dinner. A perfect stay that we would love to repeat!

I recently stayed at this new and very comfortable hotel. The breakfast options were quite delicious, with everything freshly prepared. The location is very good however if you don't have a car it might be difficult to move around especially because the beach is not very good in my opinion . The breakfast was good and the staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Overall it was an excellent experience .

The hotel is new and beautiful.Very clean,they are paying attention to the details.the personal of the hotel is very nice and always available for help or suggestions(they have also advised us where to eat and the meat was excellent). The hotel has elevator and parking spaces as we were first confused by the previous comment that we’ve seen on booking but it was not the case.Breakfast was various and delicious:you have fruits,cakes,eggs,vegetables,milk etc so it is not boring at all and you can eat different things everyday.We are a young couple and we have loved to stay at Kaan hotel and we will definetly come again.They also have a private beach which is nice because it is free but I would recommend to visit other private beaches for nicer views for eg: zanzara beach.Also,near the hotel’s beach you can rent skijets which I also recommend as it is a nice experience.Thank you for the kindness to mr boss and his wife!

I stayed at the KAAN Hotel for a short vacation with my family, and we loved everything about it. The hotel is very cozy, clean and the staff is great, very welcoming. Besides the great breakfast, which was included on the price, what topped this place was the private small beach, a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel. The water was very clear and the area was surrounded by beautiful mountains, so it was a perfect swimming view. The place is also located near some historic sites such as the Orikum city and the Cave of Haxhi Ali, which could be accessed by the rental boats. All and all, we left really satisfied with the experience and we look forward to returning.

Location far away from the city, you need a taxi each time otherwise not many things around. We had a problem with electricity that we had to sleep without air conditioning and no lights all night. I understand that is not the problem of the hotel but the government that needs to fix it the electricity. Calling Yourself a 4 star hotel you should provide more amenities then just a room and breakfast. Beach towels would be a suggestion and a swimming pool. We had a leak also in the bathroom that my girl friend got her dress wet twice during our stay that could be fixed as well. Maybe free cancellation would be a good idea so if people aren't satisfied they can pay for the first night and leave if all this happened. Disappointed at the help we never received from booking.com. they never replied or answered our call! We were locked outside and had to call them to open the door. Never happened to me before that in a hotel u had to wsit outside for someone to open the door. Someone should be at the reception 24/7 in a hotel. My Girl friend almost peed herself waiting for them to open the door!
